However, I don't know how to bring it in to have it looked at. I'm going to try and work on it this weekend, but if I can't get it back to original operating standers, it will need service. Please tell me how to set that up?

The resolution is perfect. I get high quality frames when playing games and it has no trouble running the games. Its fast and has no lag in the processor. Battery life is great, but as with any gaming laptop if you plan on playing all day you'll need to keep it plugged in.

Second one has a fan whine like it’s rubbing. Screen is horrible for any bright lighting or sun. Noticeably bad screen tearing when playing games because of non G-sync and low refresh rate. The ssd is one of the slower ones especially when it’s NVME. Keyboard feels very cheap and feels like I’m trying to game on an only Mac. Performance wise the system is easily able to play games at 1080p on Med-High settings. Had to remove the ASUS power profile because it kept causing issues and swapping between power modes while trying to play games.

For that price it's pretty decent, but anything more than that dont bother unless you plan on using an external display for gaming all the time. The color accuracy is horrible; Whites have a yellowish tint to them and reds look orange-y. Not to mention it's only a 60hz display and a very dim lit one at that with terrible screen "ghosting". Exchanged this laptop a couple weeks later when I just couldn't convince myself any longer that the display "Isn't *that* bad for the $899 price. For $1,399 avoid this at all costs
