Great Laptop

He plays on it every day, and so far no issues or slow down. It has excellent speed! Even over WiFi! Look great. No lagging with any games. Definitely would recommend this laptop!

Otherwise it does everything we need and then some. At an $899 sale price, it's definitely worth it

Was told to go with a gaming laptop because they are set up for pretty good video. I would have to say i am not dissapointed.

The 9th gen Core i7 processor offers great speed. Plenty of memory for my needs. The lighted keyboard and case adds to the fun of having this gaming laptop.

Only thing we'll be doing is adding some additional drive space. I did purchase a cooling pad as well, lesson learned from my G702VS.

This computer can handle running multiple programs at one time and it never slows down or has any issues

So much potential, but too many problems

I can actually use a mouse so long as nothing else is connected. If you plug in more than one thing into the ports it can't seem to get all the things plugged in to work so only the latest thing plugged in will be able to function properly. If I try to connect a controller to Bluetooth it seems to register different button presses and it can't be changed, I press A it registers A and Y, I press Y it registers Y and X, I press X it registers X and A, oddly if I press B it actually only recognizes B. When transferring files to an external drive the speeds are all over the place, one time it jumped from 500 MB/s to 0 KB/s to 30 MB/s then told me that it lost connection to the device.

All ASUS products are in compliance to industry's quality standard and each one undergo intensive quality control testing and inspections, and are built to last, this is a random problem. Normally, ASUS provides one year warranty coverage, if product was purchased brand-new, in order to fix or repair any hardware or, part that stop working prematurely under normal usage. Did you attempt to update the operating system and also check to see if all the drivers are up to date?
