Laptop awesome, ordering nightmare

It's a mid line machine and performs well for one. The ordering with a credit card was horrible, took me several tries, nothing was wrong with the card, it was all on the end of the Best Buy Credit card. I almost missed the sale, but finally got it and i'm happy with it.

Overall a good laptop for $900, but some concerns.

I am disappointed that the left speaker is crackly, right when I took it out of the box. Hopefully it's just an issue with my particular laptop, but be warned that your mileage may vary.
