Could not get pointer device to operate. Had to use my wireless mouse to navigate around spent multiple hours trying to get it to work. Received on a Wednesday evening and returned computer to Best Buy on Friday. They could not get it to work so exchanged for a different brand laptop as this one was no longer being made.

Laptop wouldn't except my Photo Shop program.Now I have to try other programs.

Hooks up easily and works well with Amazon Prime membership. I am sure it does a lot more that I am currently using it for, but I will learn more with time.

I purchased this computer over a year ago and it works great! I was a die-hard HP person before and this computer exceeded my expectations.

This computer was awful! Used it two times and the screen went out on me. The LCD just quit working on half of it. They also don't tell you it's a double tap on and off so I got frustrated everytime I went to turn it on!

Laptop is pretty good, but the keyboard misses key presses sometimes, ESPECIALLY the spacebar. Mousepad is cheap and the scroll feature is backwards from most other models.

This computer was great out of the box - easy to set up and use. Fast forward 11 months later - not working - tech claims that the hard drive needs replaced.

Exactly what I was looking for. Efficient with speed.

Constant crash....Removed its webcam by itself. Repeated crashes & restarts.....2 days later I returned it & got my money back!

Worst purchase ever. Hard drive was toast within 6 months. Replacement hard drive lasted a couple months tops and that was with very light use. New hard drive warranty was only 30 days so I had to pay out of pocket for replacement. Did that and a month later the charger port was fried. Geek squad doesn't cover that and quoted me at $400 to send it out and have it replaced. I'm done. I paid $500 for a paperweight. I'm typing this review on my old iPad because I can't afford to replace this hunk of junk right now. Seriously, go buy lottery tickets or light your money on fire. Guaranteed to be less aggravation.

no option to burn cds off windows media player, i would have never bought this had i known that..... IE has NO tools options. I asked about the return policy was told a week, this was a" return" , came with no instructions, anyways im stuck with it and totally unhappy. My first exp. shopping in best buy

I'VE LOOKING FOR A LAPTOP after my gateway died. before i try the asus, i have on e HP and on DELL. i tried both. the dell the screen had a kind a pink clor on white on screen . i put it back to store .and the hp was not good with the performance. i must say that both computers were in the same price range than this ASUS, the asus, with the same processor perform faster and smooth than the dell. and the screen is just bright and very accurate colors. also the packing of asus is the best .make you feel like you are unpacking something very expensive. yes i would recomnd this lap top to anyone .

The only problem I've ever had with this laptop is that the plastic casing its made of came apart after a few months. Luckily I rarely move it from my desk so it's not a huge problem for me. I took it to the shop and was told it will cost around the price of the computer itself to repair, so it is currently held together by duct tape. and has been for about a year. Other than that it works great and I'm super happy with it! But I wouldn't recommend it for people who need a laptop thats easy to transport because its huge and will also probably fall apart.

Got this laptop for writing papers at College. Love the large screen & Windows 10

Purchased for my sister and this computer was the perfect fit for her. The price was great and it came with a CD/DVD which is hard to come by on laptops now.
