This filled my requirements exactly. Nice amount of RAM, fast enough processor for general computing AND both HDMI And VGA video output ports. It is paired with my wireless keyboard and mouse and connected to my wall mounted flatscreen in my craft room to show how-to videos. Neat!

I had read the reviews on this product and saw how "good" it was supposed to be. The thing Never even turned on!! I was Extremely frustrated and put off. It had everything I needed in a laptop, the large screen size was a plus. What good is it if it doesn't work! I returned it for a refund and am buying a Hp.

Geek Squad representative was on time.He was extremely knowledgeable,re:Setting up my new lap,he was extremely knowledgeable re:setting everthing,he went over everthing befor he left.He wanted to make sure I was comfortable using my new lap top before he left.

Purchased this laptop for $379 at BBuy and it is terrific. It took a bit of getting used to coming from a Vista and Win-7 computers, but the screen is fantastic and the USB3.0 are fast, as expected. Thinking of upping the memory to max soon -- waiting for sale.

All good except it felt a bit noisy , but overall a great tool for school for my son and college for my daughter , they share the laptop

The mouse pad proved to be a little jumpy and disappointed that you can't tell when Cap Lock is on or off but otherwise it's been great

Gift for Mom. She uses email and video streaming. i3 is peppy and plenty powerful for everything she is doing. Lightweight and rugged plastic. She uses in her shop to watch video for crafts. cleans up easily. amazing price for quality.

first laptop delivered to me did NOT function at all. went to store and replaced it with one off the shelf geek squad cancelled my 6 month anti virus pkg after one month because they said it only applied to the first computer. absolute rubish...unhelpful complete waste of time. DO NOT PURCHASE GEEK SQUAD. the computer is ok

These are excellent Lap Tops... The best advantage of going with Asus products is they stand behind there products, which they make themselves, by offering phone customer service for their products years after the warranty expires.

Only real issue is that space bar needs to be pressed hard or in the middle when typing or all your words run together.

I love the value of this laptop, but it drives me crazy there is no way to tell if the Cap lock is on or offf!

Needed a quick replacement for a laptop and this delivered the performance I needed at a cost I could afford

I don't know if it is a windows 10 problem or an Asus problem but this machine is very sluggish. I am not a big gamer but tried using the built in web based Microsoft Games. The machine tends to freeze up even with the 6GB of memory and the i3. I have assigned affinity to a specific core and no improvement. As long as things are not processor heavy it is an okay machine.

Great computer. Screen color and clarity are exceptional. Plenty of memory for my wife to play games. Very good price.

Enjoy the 17 in screen and the built in disc. Had not seen those features on other laptops at this price.

I got this for Christmas and it is an amazing laptop but I'm short and just all around small so the 17.3 inch display, while perfect for the graphic design I do on it , its a tad bit hard to take it place

Windows 10 is taking time to get used too. Still can't figure out how to block bad sites for kid use.

I thought the laptop was a good value. But I hate Win 10 and returned it. No permanent desktop ? Virtual desktops that don't stay when you close ? Ridiculous OS. I am going to look for a Win 7 computer.

This laptop is a great machine for the money. It's s little bigger than I wanted but I love it

Just not having a good experience with!! I have numbing of the wrist & hand and the mouse pointer on laptop you have to really hit hard, & is causing me more health issues. I have had dells & hps and did not make so difficult. May end up selling since i am sure past time to return. Unfortunately will loose money and I will not have a laptop!
