Another model with motherboard issues.

This is the second gaming laptop (previous model (G75VW). I had the laptop about a year, and all of a sudden, it just would not turn on. Fortunately, I did purchase the 3yr. Geek Squad protection, so I took it to the Geek Squad to be fixed. They had to ship it off to be repaired. A week later, they told me that they had to replace the motherboard. A few days later, I received another voicemail stating that the new motherboard from Asus came DOA. So, now I have to wait longer. I do not recommend Asus products. Oh, the first model I had, also had motherboard issues.

Broken screen

The screens on both have since cracked under normal use. I have never experienced a cracked laptop screen for over 25 years other than with Asus. I do not recommend you buy this product if you plan to travel with it or even move it.
