I have had this computer for over 2 years now and I love it so much. Never had a problem once with either the hardware or software until my protection plan ended, not even a week later the mouse pad stopped working and they would not fix even though it was a less than a week after the plan and never had a issue before.

This laptop has it all. A great video card with plenty of memory, ample RAM and the processor really joins it all together very well. My son uploaded several high definition games on it and the solid state drive is a definite plus. We set the video settings on the most demanding we could get for the games and the computer never lagged a bit. A tough robust case and appealing to the eye.

It is the best gaming laptop I've ever had, graphics and speed are incredible!!

So far so good, no problems and fast and just what I wanted to play games on.

I love my new laptop. Great for gaming. Have been playing FFXIV non stop.

Powerful laptop with too many design flaws. Overheats because of poor ventilation and slim factor build. (I also used a laptop cooler underneath). In turn, it causes the computer to throttle immensely. There are a few work arounds to lower the temps of the cpu/gpu by underclocking or under-volting. Other than that, I do not recommend.

Fantastic for gaming! Graphics, Speed, you name it.

I had HP computers for years, so it took me a minute to get used to where some things were at, like turning the pad off cause I use a Kensington track ball, also how and where to turn on the number-lock, I like using the number pad for crunching numbers etc. The zero on the number pad throws me sometimes cause it's just different enough to do that :)

I was looking for a laptop to replace my seven-year-old Samsung. This unit had everything I was looking for with a backlit keyboard Bluetooth connectivity and a larger screen. It's really good for excel and Word pretty much all of your Microsoft Office programs. The only change I made was upgrading the 7200 RPM hard drive 281 terabyte solid state drive

Haven't had any major issues yet, graphics look amazing. Three small issues that may be user error. If you lock the screen it doesn't always come back up to the login page and my pin code locked and will not allow my to use or reset the login pin. Cooling works well except if you have it sitting directly on your lap but any other surface works fine.

This is a great laptop, very fast with the SSD drive but........ The red light on the keyboard makes it kind of hard to see when it is at an angle and the font is just horrible, If not for those two issues this would be a 5 star item for me !

The mouse pad lags sometimes would recommend buying seperate mouse. Every so often the keyboard becomes unresponsive but has not happened during game play. The graphics are beautiful. The sleek design of the laptop itself is also very nice.
