assy access, quick start, excellent graphics, not heavy

Very easy to set up and use. Like the compact size

It is fairly easy to navigate. But it kicks you off of sites quite frequently, which is very annoying.

Speed and performance are great. I really like the features and the layout of the laptop. The only thing I have to be careful of is the sensitivity of the mouse. When going to hold down the mouse to pull down a selection / dialog box the mouse seems to slip left or right.

I needed laptop for school and work. Laptop does not lag and starts up fast. Foldable screen is convient. Laptop is light. Backlight on keyboard is good for late night assignments.

I truly love this device. Light weight, and lots of storage.

From the second I turned it on And opened the internet I have had nothing but problems. I purchased the antivirus software but had so many pop ups I couldn't download it. I also purchased the geek squad support and the person I tried to get to help me over the phone couldn't remote into my computer to help me because of all the pop ups. I'm having trouble watching anything on netflix or Hulu because it's telling me I don't have the latest version of Adobe well it comes with the computer and is enabled and still can't use netflix or hulu. Whenever I call geek squad I'm on hold minimum 10 minutes before I get help. Very unhappy with this purchase.

Absolutely love the versatility of this laptop, small enough to be portable but large enough for any function, homework, surfing the net or gaming.

Purchased this laptop because of the capabilities and reduced cost. Was an open box price, but came with the right size hard drive as well as RAM.

I love it, the touch screen, the flip it can do and the back up light for he keys it's great!

Windows 10 is way different than previous editions and requires a big learning curve

The Laptop is fast and a lot of storage. I was able to replace hard drive with a SSD and memory to a total of 12g easily :)

I wish the screen was full 1080p, but i can't complain. Overall decent buy.

the operating system win10 is a bit of a mistery- would be great if there was a tutorial. on ocasion the touch scteen ability does not work and using the touch pad to move the mouse is very haphazzard! the computer itself seem to be quite comfortable/quick and enjoy the sound system under the keyboard!

I love the size and the versatility of the product. It is easy to transport and works great for my needs as a teacher.

I love the fact I can turn my laptop into a tablet. Great amount of space. Easy to carry. Convenient.

Laptop is good for the price !!! Serves the purpose

I like this computer and have been using it close to a year. The touchscreen and the touchpad can both be a little too sensitive at times, causing me to make mistakes in applications or close them accidentally... but otherwise no complaints.
