Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It seemed like it would have run okay, if the keyboard function actually turned off like it should have in tablet mode. The processor was fast enough and getting that much memory for the price seemed great. However, I returned it as I needed it to work flawlessly in tablet mode and it didn't. It might work for someone who doesn't walk around and hold it while it's in tablet mode. Maybe the one I got wS defective, as the Geek Squad suggested, however I didn't get a second one to test that theory.

Solid computer at a good price

Touchscreen works well. Only complaint is the trackpad is "touchy" and no where near the quality of something you'd find on an Apple.

Freezes up, jumps all over the place, freaks out, totally inconsistent and overall the most frustrating computer I have ever owned. Would never recommend this product.

Flashing black screen

I called bestbuy but it so happened it lapsed from the return policy. They told me to call the manufacturing and then they told me to send the unit to California. I asked the representative, what if someting will happen on the way? Whos accountability? They are not accountable so what I did just keep it at home and I promise I will never buy ASUS Brand in my entire...

Appears well made, but dead on arrival.

It started up and although was able to log onto my wifi, it could do nothing else. Best Buy customer Support was outstanding and they took the computer back and gave a full refund. Have to keep looking.
