Laptop with good battery backup, it is thin and sleek but wish mouse pad was smoother

I bought this laptop for school, and it works great. It's light enough to carry with me when I travel. I like switching it to tablet mode to take notes.

Have had the computer for a couple of months. It is my wife's. She now has a problem with getting it started and powered up when it is not connected to the charging cable. Not sure if this is an inherent design flaw or it needs an update that we are not privy to. Other than that, it seems to work great. It does need some sort of place for your fingers when opening it, however.

I have had no complaints about this device. One thing I will say though, is avoid open-box like the plague. I first got this device as an open-box purchase to save money, and because the store agents assured me that the devices were thoroughly vetted by the Geek Squad. But after making the purchase, there was one issue after another (a single file that was over 500gb of space that no one seemed able to explain, and usb/sd card ports that did not work). In the end I returned the open-box device and got the same device new. No issues since.

This is my second Asus. It was an open box item so I got a good deal. Computer is pretty fast, does its job. I have no real complaints.

I'm enjoying my Asus.The touch screen works great. Love the way it flips over to become like a tablet. Great for viewing videos and movies.

I just love how small it is. I am able to put it in my backpack and walk from one class to another without complaining about the weight.

Purchased for son going into college. Wanted something with decent RAM, storage, and that will last at least four years through college.

This computer runs much smoother than my last one. I really like the slimness of this computer. The only downside to this specific computer is the size. Its much smaller than my other one. ' I'm very pleased with the service that I received when shopping for a computer for my daughter. Jesse was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

I haven't done a whole lot with my laptop, other than visit a few social media sites and send out a few emails. Everything that I have done seems to work just fine. The sales person was extremely helpful with the process of choosing a laptop, when I told him what I would and could potentially be using it for. Great customer service.
