love this , the store staff that sold it to me listened to what I needed and went right to this , the only reason I gave it a 4 stars is because the navigation and the finger print system is a little off at times

great laptop; lightweight, easy to use. Only one exception...the on/off button is on the left side and easy to hit or brush against and continually turns off. Would be better to have it on the top of the keyboard.

I needed a new PC since my old one was really slowing down...I had an auxiliary keyboard. It was just old. Found the ASUS and really love it. Only problem I have is the fingerprint recognition is really spotty.

I like the size, looks, features of this 2n1 still learning all it can do.

This is a great product. The speed is terrific. The memory is substantial.

exactly what i was looking for all features included light weight

It sucks at playing online videos. The mouse pad has no type of grip on the surface which makes the pointer keep jumping all over the screen.

I bought this for my 10 year old. It was light, not heavy to carry to web design class. I loved that it was 2 in 1 and has 1tb. But it shut down in the middle of her class on 81% battery charge and we couldn't get it back on. Took it back, customer service in Torrance awesome. They got it back on ... hold down on button for 15 seconds, let go, tap again... shouldn't have shut down, it was just doing updates. We had choice to replace with another Asus -- we said sure--- found out there were no more, not being made anymore. So we got an HP.

Awsome how it flips back and turns into a tablet & touch screen

This is a good computer for work applications such as email and internet searches. Works well with office programs etc. Do not know if it has good capabilities for gaming as I do not use it for that AND it was NOT advertised to do such. Easy set up and no problems so far.

The Asus Q304UA laptop computer converts nicely to a tablet. The 13" screen is great for travel. The processor speed, memory, and disc space is the right size for my business needs.

Good deal for its price. Works great. Speed is good.

This Asus laptop works great for our needs. It does have a 1 trig hard drive to hold all of our photos and movies. No issues so far. Comparable priced models had the SSD drives but all were too small or over priced.

The computer is very user friendly and light weight

To start with don't buy this computer. Very first time I tried to boot up , the comp went straight to disk check. It kept freezing up at various stages of disk check. After several hours it finally came up and , after seeing the prompt for OS updates needed I set to doing that. After the update icons worked intermittently. Shut it off for the night and the next morning. Everything worked fine. For about 2 days. Set it on a shelf and about 2 weeks later when I actually needed it. It refused to boot up. It would either go to disk check or the screen would flash from background view to blue loading screen. In short. I took it back to Best Buy 17 days after I bought it and while I believe they would have given me a refund I asked for store credit added a couple hundred bucks and purchased a Dell Inspiron. Do yourself a favor. Spend a little more and get a better name. The Asus is garbage at best.

Previously bought an open box asus and I was skeptical but had a budget and the sales guy wasn’t extremely helpful. From day one it was terrible. I returned it and and asked a different employee and he was amazing I’m sorry I do t remember his name but we received the laptop Wednesday and it’s been amazing!!!!

Just set my youngest daughter up w/ this computer, bundled with stylus. Great mix or form, function, and reliability.

Purchased for school, very easy to set up and enjoy flexibility of tablet and laptop. In store assistance was good.
