The ASUS Q304UA offers a lot of attractive features at a cost which is affordable, but not cheap. Within approximately five weeks, the rubber spacers began falling off--I wouldn't have been surprised if the problem persisted after repairing the unit. From a design perspective, the unit did not feel suitable nor sturdy to function as a "2 in 1" device. The experience using a stylus with the device (purchased separately) wasn't all that great. Best Buy is a great retailer and addressed my concerns (thank you Best Buy!) - I'd think twice about buying a product from ASUS that may require their "customer support".

My son loves this computer. We bought it for school. He loves that he can flip it into a tablet and hook it to his PS4!
