    I bought my ASUS almost 2 months ago. Worked fine but 2 weeks after purchase something inside the active stylus broke. The tip would not stay in place. I was told by ASUS to return to Best Buy, who told me they could not help. I then sent the laptop and stylus to ASUS per request, only to be told I would need to pay $150 for a new stylus as it was not covered under their warranty since it was "physical damage". Apparently the representative did not relate "The tip/nib is falling out of my stylus" with a physical problem. The computer itself works fine, but do not expect any good help if you DO happen to have any issues.

    This is a nice laptop. However, it is quite pricy and I have already had an issue. The touchpad on the device stopped working within 30 days of purchase. Thankfully Best Buy replaced the laptop no questions asked. I hope the replacement works for the longterm.

    This laptop has no io, only 2 USB c ports, that are Not thunderbolt. The battery life sucks and this laptop gets very hot when doing any editing. Which is odd because it's an i7 with 16gb ram. Its good for note taking, but so is a chrome book.
