Everything on this laptop computer works as expected, except for 1) the backlight keyboard. I expected it to work in any light at any time, but there are times when I cannot read the letters. 2) I was also quite surprised not to see any printed literature at all. Apparently, without instruction, you have to download the manual and warranty from the Internet.

Excellent Chromebook. Fast, well made, great display. Great deal and a good alternative to Mac and PC.

I was issued this type of device from my school as my teacher Chromebook. I loved it so much I bought one for personal use. The look and feel of the Chromebook is premium, top of the line quality for a very reasonable price. When purchasing a laptop for business use, I search high and low and couldn't find a quality replacement for near this price. I ended up going a different route but will still keep this Chromebook as my personal device. Great job Asus!

Doing what it should. Smooth and powerful enough for school stuff. Not a gaming or media creation device but solid. Good purchase.

4 stars because it’s Google chrome operating. But it’s cool for travel and just browsing. Got It at a discounted price.

This Labtop has been so useful for while I’m in college. The only issue I ever run into is that you can’t do every function on Microsoft teams and zoom.

Purchased one for my granddaughter who used it for school. It was very easy for her to understand and use. Great help for schoolwork

The chromebook handles everything I throw at it and seems to last forever. It does take a bit of force to open it but not a big deal.

This thing is a good as a pixel go chrome book. It is a little thicker and the lid is real stiff to open but the power is great

Haven't had chrome book long but movies have a great picture and I'm able to put most (not all) app's that I want on it. Love how fast everything loads on it.

I got this so I could finish my degree by taking online courses. I love the touch screen which is why I went a step up from the Samsung. I am so glad I did.

My daughter loves her laptop. It’s easy enough for a 12 year old to use and set-up. She hasn’t had any problems using it for virtual school.

The touchscreen is a good feature on this laptop. More memory should be given based on the cost of the laptop.

This computer has the touch screen option and can flip back to act as a tablet, as well as being a laptop. My son loves it.

Bought this for my 7th grader for online school and he hasn't had any problems with it. Perfect for what it was bought for.

It's a chromebook, if you don't know about these things I suggest you do your research before buying it. It's NOT a traditional laptop, it's basically a phone with a keyboard sized up. It can only download google play store apps, it can't run hardly any games, but it's great for basic school use. Boots up quick, access what you need quick, don't download anything. You basically live through google docs, sheets, etc. but after you adjust to that it's no big deal.
