Can't review broken

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to wait to get this ASUS- 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Chromebook - shipped to me. Why have this chromebook on display in your store when not available? It arrived to my apartment but was not packaged well when shipped. Imagine this the chromebook in its box then put into a trash bag and shipped. It was wrapped with a single plastic wrap that was trash bag thin. I had used it for a little over a week and a half. Little lines showed up on my screen. I would have returned and bought another only no more in stock. It is being fixed through Geeksquad. I got an email after 2 weeks that a part needed to be replaced and it is being worked on now. I can't really review the product other than enjoying the little over one week that I had it. It was great until it wasn't good. Hopefully, it gets shipped back double bubble wrapped and with extra care;otherwise, it is back to using my phone wondering when I'll have the chromebook.
