I bought this chroombook for my daughter's 16th birthday, when she opened the box I was very surprised how beautiful and quality this laptop is for that price !! it is a bluish grayish color and all metal model. It was the best choice for the birthday gift and she loves it!! Thank you

Great product no problems does what its supposed to and more

Excellent product. I Would recommend it to anyone.

Bought this for my little sister and for an open box it works pretty good. The only issue I have with it is that the screens crack easily with 2 in 1’s and the computer glitches and freezes at the worst times possible.

First, that model, C433 got backlit keyboard. It was a bit out of my price range, yet, I returned two others. This one is a hit! Starting, Logging, Restored my old data and setting. Done I had time to explore the Linux option. Install linux desktop. Use multi workspaces. All working smooth as expected. Great job Asus. Cheers.

For the money invested and laptop quality, I like my ASUS. I know mostly how to use it and and think both the hardware and software are good quality. Never having a laptop, I 've overcome the hurdle of learning it and am sure when I get assignments or have operations work I' m ok with it. The look and size are good too.

very good chromebook good design excellent battery

The Asus 2-in1 14” chromebook is a very nice laptop. It’s appearance is a nice sleek design. I got a very good price at Best Buy when it went on sale. I ordered it online and picked up in store. This is the way to go. In and out very quickly even in the busy shopping season. I use the laptop everyday and it hasn’t disappointed.

good for grandkids occasional use and personals use

I got this for a little more than $300 when it was on sale. It is the best Chromebook in this price range: 14" FHD screen on a 13.3" box; Touch-screen; 4GB Ram + 64GB flash memory; 10 hrs buttery life ... and more.

The construction of this chromebook is great. Solid frame and I have no concerns about the hinges breaking as you flip between tablet and laptop mode. The touchscreen is great but the touch pad and mouse latency is noticeable and poor hence why the missing last star.

Nice machine while it lasted. A few major issues: very hard to open the clamshell. Magnets on the bottom are very strong and stick to everything. If a magnet comes in contact with the bottom of the laptop, the laptop goes to sleep. Note that the hard drive and RAM are soldered to the board, so there's no upgrading or migrating. In the end, the plastic inside became brittle and the battery harness broke. Asus refused to fix it so it's now an expensive doorstop.

Wanted a 2 in 1 to supplement my tablet - the Chromebook did it - larger touch screen, easily usable keyboard and access to the apps in the Google Playstore. Sturdy but lightweight. A bit hard to open but manageable. Great machine - great price.

I bought this chromebook and mainly use it before sleep watching a few youtube videos. It works perfectly for that. I have used steam on this through the linux features of the product, but it will bog down on simple games periodically.

Not bad, however, heats up a lot doing basic tasks such as using a word doc and writing a paper or whatever, or even watching a video or a movie. But in general it’s a good computer but maybe the price could have been lower.

So far so good. I got it during a one day sale for a great price and I use it for basic stuff so I can't really comment using the geek squad language. I am, so far, happy with the product.
