Lightweight and easily carried in a purse, we also use it at home because it goes into any room. Won't replace a desktop or laptop, but for reading e-mail, surfing the internet, or conducting a Zoom meeting it's perfect.

Love my new Asus Chromebook but do not care for the lighted keyboard. Depending on the lighting in the room, it is very hard to make out the keys.

This laptop was a gift to my husband he absolutely loved it he is Able to do all of his work and homework with no problems I went over the laptop I used it and it is one of the best purchase I ever done with laptops

The only thing I don’t like about it is the keyboard letters are white , which makes it hard to see sometimes on the silver.

I use it for the Google docs mostly for work. On the side I can watch the occasional YouTube video. Read comics. It's great when I flip the screen around. The build quality is fantastic. No complaints yet but it's only been a month.

I bought this Chromebook so I can take it with me so that wherever I go I can write. I'm a PhD student so I needed something that I can carry in my backpack without hurting my shoulders. This Chromebook does the job!

I like my new laptop it does so much I can do , In can be used as a tablet form or laptop. I'm glade I purchased it.

I was looking for a chrome book for online learning for my son. Looking for something priced fair and able to do basic school needs This fit the need and is being used to the fullest Great product for the price

I got this one for my mother in law. I got an open box, so the price was very nice for a metal body chromebook. Very nice indeed. The only thing I didn't like is the trackpad. It feel unresponsive.

my kid loves it. I agree with people about the issue on back lighting of key board, but other than that its a nice chromebook.

The chromebook is fine--exactly what I wanted. The pad, however, is very touchy and even a slight movement over it will s ed and me to a different screen. A bit less sensitivity would be nice.

Great laptop for virtual learning, easy to use, price is good. The only bad thing is the letters on the keys are gray, the keys are gray. Hard to see. They should of done the letters in black

I like this chromebook. Keyboard is good, lighting is good. Only issue I have is with pictures and documents that I receive by email. Hard to save and then find.

Love this chrome book, I was looking at laptops that were much more expensive and found this had everything I needed and cost much less

I haven't had much time to use my new Chromebook since I have purchased it. The few times that I did were more than satisfactory. I plan to download Microsoft Office and continue using it.

I replaced a desktop with this Chrome book and have been very pleased. I have retired and don't need a work computer, although this can do a lot more than I first thought!

So far so good. Nice screen resolution and perfect for kids at school. One of the more expensive Chromebooks at Best Buy, but I have had good luck with Asus laptops and desktops in the past.

I really wasn’t expecting to love this chromebook as much as I do. I’ve had it nearly a month now and I have no cons except that there’s no HDMI port. It’s very fast and the picture quality is amazing.
