But am having trouble downloading the so called free Trend Micro. Wasted tons of time. Don't know if its the Chromebook or the software. Wish I was rich enough to toss the whole thing in the dumpster and get a Microsoft Surface. But it works okay for Zoom and that's the only thing i will be using it for. The key board is grey on grey and just terrible.

It also has multiple screens pop up instead of just going to the link that you need to go to is a pain. You’re not able to save things on an actual folder on your desktop. Making it an inconvenience to have to search for the file every time is a pain.

Opening the lid will become easier after using it for a while.
Mutiple screen popping up doesn't usually occur in a Chromebook. If this is your first experience with a Chromebook, I recommend using the HELP file incorporated within the OS. To access HELP, please click your profile picture on the Notification Bar, located on the lower right-hand corner of the Home screen then click the question mark icon or widget.
