    one problem: the touchscreen lags at times, and it makes the mouse pad act less sensitive when it's lagging.

    This is my third chromebook and my favorite! Had to have the backlit keyboard and touch screen. Excellent value. Highly reccommended this chromebook.

    Great Chromebook! It is sensitive to the touch but that is manageable. Also, would prefer contrasting key lettering but the backlight is Good.

    I got this primarily for Zoom work. But am having trouble downloading the so called free Trend Micro. Wasted tons of time. Don't know if its the Chromebook or the software. Wish I was rich enough to toss the whole thing in the dumpster and get a Microsoft Surface. But it works okay for Zoom and that's the only thing i will be using it for. The key board is grey on grey and just terrible.
