I have a giant gamers laptop and was looking to purchase something a bit more convenient for work. The ASUS has a fantastic screen and I really like the keyboard. It is very lightweight and I can get basically whole day of usage on one battery charge.

Wow. I purchased this as a birthday gift for my daughter who was turning 9. We debated Windows laptop vs Chromebook and she settled on this because then she could get other things (because it was cheaper). She made the right choice! This book is well built, plenty fast and has a really good screen and lit keyboard. I am very impressed with the quality of the system. I highly recommend it if you are in the market for a chromebook. Its quite large to use as a tablet, so I'm not sure how much she will actually use flip-over hinge, but it seems cool.

Pros: Great screen, thin bezels, lightweight, looks nice, M3 is solid, battery is not bad as I get 8-9 hours of use. Cons: Hard to open, impossible with one hand! Speaker is mediocre at best. Keyboard back-lighting must be turned off during the day or you can't read the letters. Overall: For the Sale Price it is a good Chromebook for students. You can however get better quality for a little more money imo.

I honestly couldn't be happier with my purchase. This is my first chromebook . And I have so many things that I love about it . But just as much as I love it . Overtime I've learned to dislike a few things . Like the silver keyboard with the white light. Makes it hard to type during the day . I wish the keys were a different color like say Black would be a lot easier to type . And the picture / webcam quality is Ehhh (OkAY) not the very best . Unless you have great lighting in your area . I purchased it on April 21st. So I've had some time to get the hang of it. And now the keyboard doesnt bother as much. So lightweight . Easy to carry around the house. And I just love the flip screen to make it a BIG TABLET . Kids love it too .

Totally in love with this chromebook! BEAUTIFUL design, FABULOUS screen! Love the layout, it's super easy to navigate. Remarkably fast for everything I need it for. VERY satisfied and highly recommend!

I have been pleasantly surprised by this laptop. I had the impression that Chromebooks were only for middle school kids, but that has changed. I have been using this for 2+ years and it is my go-to laptop, ahead of a Surface Go 3 (I also enjoy). I can do virtually anything, including access to Office documents, that I do on my Windows laptop. It boots quickly has a great screen, back lit keyboard and I especially love the flip to tablet option. My next laptop purchase will definitely be a Chromebook and most likely an Asus version.

Easy to use and setup Chromebook. Nice size to sit on the couch with or travel/camp to keep up with your work or play. Light weight and holds a good charge.

I purchased mine about a month ago just in case I needed to work from home during all that's going on (ended up being a smart call). The laptop makes an amazing first impression, slick, small bezzles with a large track pad. I got this on sale for close to $300, and at that price I got a steal. The Good: -Style, design looks... in spades -Small Bezels on screen with large track pad -Light, with AMAZING battery life -Runs quick and silent -Google Stadia runs wonderfully on this machine -Sharp 1080p display Here are the issues: -Screen color gamut is muted, which you will notice if holding other screens up next to this. Don't do editing/photoshop on this machine, as you cant judge the result accurately. -Magnet that holds machine closed works too good, have to use both hands to pry open every time. -My first unit had 3 defective keys, which drove me crazy (the L would get stuck in the down position every 3rd press, with two other keys just sticking/not registering). -Wifi is GARBAGE, has a weak wifi connection, everywhere, with limited range. -Screen brightness is... "ok" at best -Keyboard is iMPOSSIBLE to read. Whoever decided silver keys on a silver keypad needs to be fired. During the day you need to turn off the back-light to read keys, at night you have to turn the light on.. its an annoying game to play. All of this would bother me immensely on a $1,000 machine, would irritate me on a $500 machine, but for sub $300 (where I got it), this is more of a "you get what you pay for" feeling every time an issue crops up.

This is my second chromebook. Once I logged in all of my settings from my prior chromebook instantly uploaded on this one. Zero set up time! Screen quality is vivid and clear in any light condition. Touchscreen adaptability is flawless. Would recommend a microfiber cloth to remove fingerprint buildup from constant touchscreen use. Battery last an entire day on a single charge with constant use between work and media.

My daughter loves it. It's fast enough to do all the things kids do and light enough to go anywhere. the battery truly lasts all day

The battery life is just amazing. It's user friendly and it's super fast! I would definitely recommend this product! In fact, we bought two. My husband loved it!

I have had my ASUS Flip C433TA 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Chromebook for four days now and I like it so much that I have purchased a second for the familly while it was on sale. At first glance it looks like a slightly larger ASUS Flip C302 chromebook, similar all aluminum chassis, simple design. The first difference you might catch is the full size USB type A port personally I am very glad to see the full size USB port. A USB flash drive to hold the files for a project and transport them between chromebook and desktop pc or someone else’s laptop or desktop, adding a full size USB type A port eliminates needing a USB C adapter all the time. Other than the USB port and the physical size the significant changes are internal. The CPU is the new Intel Core m3-8100Y which has a base frequency of 1.1Gh 22% faster than the Intel Core m3 used in the ASUS Flip C302. The improvement in the Intel Core m3 performance is enough to be evident in a number of processes. Another area that the ASUS Flip C433TA has improved is in battery life, although both chromebook specs claim 10 hour battery life my impression is that the Flip C433TA has about an hour more battery life than the earlier model doing similar task loads. The keyboard for the C433TA is backlit although the specs indicate non-backlit. The ASUS Flip C433TA to me looks like a first class 2-in-1 laptop for a personal laptop for home and office. Portable compact and very flexible the ASUS Flip C433TA looks like one of the best chromebooks of 2019.

There is a lot good about this laptop. It is fast and chromebooks are so easy to use. Two features I am disappointed with. The keyboard is silver on silver so the letters are very hard to see. Such a problem, I have ordered a separate bluetooth keyboard. The keyboard is such an issue, I would not recommend. The other issue is that it is hard to open the closed lid. Impossible to get ones fingers under the lip. Had to improvised with a couple of felt pads to correct this flaw.

A gift for my wife to replace her Laptop. Relatively easy to configure, quick to start, fast to connect, and agile online. My wife just use social media and online surfing functions, and suffered with an ultra-slow, Adware burdened, poor performing Laptop... This ASUS Chrome Book was the perfect solution !!! ... :-) ... I highly recommend it for anyone that doesn’t use / require onboard PC Applications !!!

Great laptop for everyday use. Provided good performance for little money. Well made and looks great. Overall would recommend if looking for a laptop to use for everyday use from bill payments to video streaming. Fast boot up <8 sec. Long battery usage. Would definitely buy again but with 8GB RAM & 128GB internal storage next time.

Super easy to use and very lightweight. Very fast with backlit keys to easily see everything you need.

I got my chromebook from BestBuy @ Valley Stream from Christian. It's amazing. I came in there for an more expensive laptop and he reassured me this is the right fit for me and was less expensive. It's fast and great quality. There's so much features on it . The screen is very clear. I don't even want to watch TV . I sit and binge watch my shows right here on the laptop. Thanks Christian! :)

This is an inexpensive Chromebook that provides good value with the large screen. It was purchased for my aunt who is over 80 years old and not a PC person. Chromebooks are so much better than Windows for basic computing due to the ease of updates and remote assistance.

Love chromebooks,they are simple and fast and snappy for any use you would have nowadays.Has nice display,wide screen,backlit keyboard and runs super fast and smooth.Recommended for anyone buying a chromebook!It does take maybe a month to get used to the different OS and learn the shortcut keys and mouse movements,but once you do you'll never go back.
