It also has multiple screens pop up instead of just going to the link that you need to go to is a pain. You’re not able to save things on an actual folder on your desktop. Making it an inconvenience to have to search for the file every time is a pain.

Opening the lid will become easier after using it for a while.
Mutiple screen popping up doesn't usually occur in a Chromebook. If this is your first experience with a Chromebook, I recommend using the HELP file incorporated within the OS. To access HELP, please click your profile picture on the Notification Bar, located on the lower right-hand corner of the Home screen then click the question mark icon or widget. For more help, please go visit Google Support webpage.
