    I really wanted to give this a 5 star but this Chromebook sucks. The back light keyboard is horrible. It is not the fastest nor the slowest. There are just a bunch of better Chromebooks out there for the same price.

    I like the ASUS Chromebook yet that my best buy account is mixed with my mom because i did not remember my phone old phone number at the time now i am annoyed i can access my points for the last 4-5 years

    Great computer does what it needs to do! Not the best for streamers’ chromebook does not run ObS/Streamlabs if you stream this isn’t for you.

    Limits to what you can do compared to a normal laptop. Works great does not like to stay connected to wifi though.

    Freezes up on Zoom, my other laptop never did...same house, same wifi. Tha battery loses the charge too fast.

    I've had this less than a year and it is a nightmare. It is very hard to open and half the time doesn't want to charge. Half the time I have to spend 30 minutes with Powerades + volume up pressed to get it to reset to take a charge. Don't buy it.

    Wouldn’t buy again

    This laptop has been nothing but headaches for us. The first one the network card was bad, exchanged it for another one and now within 3 weeks the charging port inside has cracked. It seems very delicate to me and for what we paid I would have gone with another brand that was another $100 for sure. Lesson learned.

This model undergoes intensive quality control testing and final inspection for both hardware and software. ASUS provides a warranty for the unit in order to fix or repair any isolated issue.
