I love this Chromebook. The screen, the backlit keyboard, the flip feature, and touch screen. I got this at a great price -$329. I happened to shop for it on the right day. Most of time I use the device with an external keyboard and mouse, so no issues with the touchpad. Very happy and glad I took advantage of the short-lived sale.

If you need an inexpensive, quick moving chrome book, please look no further. If you require more power, than search accordingly. The M3 is perfect for everything other than FANCY-graphic casual gaming. Keyboard is solid, the built-in speakers are solid. The screen is very pretty and will show well from most angles.

Excellent machine for the money. When my daughter dropped the Chromebook her school had assigned to her we bought her an inexpensive replacement. Unfortunately, that machine had a 14 inch screen, but only a 1366x768 resolution, which is inadequate for the size. Returned it and spent a little more to buy this ASUS. I've generally had good luck with ASUS products and this one does not disappoint. It's sleek, reasonably light-weight, and the screen is beautiful and sharp at full 1080p resolution. Other reviews have pointed out that due to the backlight, the keyboard can be very difficult to read in certain light. This is absolutely true. Fortunately you can turn off the backlight by pressing "Alt" + the brightness buttons. At that point the key lettering become legible again. Problem solved.

For $278 as Open Box it is a great deal, great Chromebook - but when the opportunity came to return it in exchange for a $499 Samsung Galaxy Chromebook there was no question of what to do. It's lovely, the extensive plastic is a little off-putting (but for the price of course it's there).

Because most everything is done in the cloud, the speed is fairly fast. I got it to surf the internet and write a few documents. I'm not doing any photo or video editing, so didn't need a high-end computer. It's very good at what it is supposed to do.

Best laptop very light and fast i definitely wouuld recommend

We purchased this laptop to primarily use surfing the web. It works great for basic tasks. Only issue we have had with the laptop is the camera quality is very grainy. Other then that, no issues and would recommend for anyone needing a laptop to do basic tasks and NOT video conference all the time.

Chromebook makes life so much simpler and faster! Bought this for my 10th grade son for his homework, then the quarantine hit and home school started. Thank goodness I got this when I did! His online school experience is easier and faster. Bought this as an open box in the store, got a great price and have had no issues.

I have always loved Asus. I never owned a Chromebook before, so when I saw the Asus I decided since it was an Asus to try it. I really enjoy using my little Asus Chromebook every day. It was a bit of a learning curve compared to Windows10. Very pleased with this new Asus of mine.

Nice screen and viewable from wide angle. The keyboard is very responsive and sized correctly. In certain light conditions the keys are hard to read the letters on the silver color. Otherwise I am happy with my purchase.

This chrome book is very solid and works really well. It has better specs than most other chrome books so that’s a plus. Purchased for my son to use for school but he also uses steam on it to play games and they look and perform great.

Biggest complaint about this computer (and all three of my kids are in agreement) is that it is hard and they complain they cannot open it. The way this was made, even the tiniest of fingers have a hard time separating the top from the bottom to open.

Right out of the box this is a great chromebook! It's easy to use and works perfectly! The screen is nice and big with great color. It has a backlit keyboard that's nice, although the printed letters on the keys are grey and are hard to see during the day. I'm very happy with my purchase!

I absolutely loved this laptop but sadly since it’s chrome it does not work for college work (since I had to do homework with Microsoft software). But if you’re still in high school or you’re using it for at home use this would be a perfect laptop for you.

I love this laptop. They tend to sell super cheap open box (satisfactory) and I got one for just under $200. This thing is already worth its new cost at around $400+ and it was a no-brainer purchase. When I got the machine, it was only the laptop and no cables but it was no problem because it just uses USB-C PD for charging and I had plenty of those (also, they are very inexpensive to purchase separately). They were a few scratches on the outside but the screen and everything else were perfect. Basic Chromebook usage is very fast and responsive. Google Play apps also work quite well for the most part. It can be a bit sluggish when it first starts a game but it will quickly become fast and responsive. Having a touchscreen and being able to flip this into a 14" Android tablet is just awesome. Not one regret. I love it!

Good Chromebook, decent screen, backlit keys and built well. Nice starter for a student in elementary or middle school. Good price for the specs.

Love my Asus chromebook. Easy setup and easy to use. Great value as I bought it open box and Trend was included for free. Only downside is that back-lit keypad is hard to read the letters on the keyboard, but no big deal since I use a keyboard cover.

Exactly what I needed. With good WiFi connection works very quickly compared to other chrome books. Love the size weight etc only downside is silver writing on key pad makes hard to see. Easy quick $5 fix with color keypad protector

I bought this ASUS 2 in 1 , 14 inch touch screen still works without any issues. It works well to my regular use for both personal and professional. I would definitely recommend this product 200%
