It was very easy to get started with this laptop. I wasn't confused at all, and the security software that came with it has helped a lot. It was also very simple to set up.

The Asus - 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Chromebook is an affordable Chromebook. It's easy to setup and use unfortunately I attend a lot of Zoom calls due to the Covid-19 virus and want a laptop/chromebook that I could see a lot of the participates. Because of low 4GB Memory I was only able to see one other person besides myself on the call, which didn't suit me. Other than that it works like a charm.

Happy with chromebook but not happy with the keyboard. Can't see letters only on a certain angle. But overall really like it. Si dose my husband as we bought him one also.

It's an excellent Chromebook for kids for doing school work and watching videos. Touch input works great and screen is beautiful. Only downside is the lackluster keyboard.

Perfect price for easy to use laptop. My mother who is not good with technology loves it and knows to to work it easy. The fact it’s a computer and tablet is perfect!!!

I basically purchased my laptop for “work at home” purpose. But recently I’ve been using it for everything else. And my kids are always getting on it! Like I said...I love love love it!

Well made Chromebook very fast for internet The old dislike I have is the keys with them backlit There still hard to read the characters should of been a different color other than white?

I really love this computer. Do not let the tight magnet closing deter you. Really. Great computer and we haven't had a single problem. Will buy another for online schooling

I bought this for my Mother in Law she really likes it and finds it easy to use. She is not very tech savvy but can manage well enough with the internet,email, and video calls.

Mom's laptop was stolen and she needed her link to the Grandkids and games. Overkill for her but, fires up fast, great screen, camera, back-lit keyboard. Works great for her.

Got both the kiddos chromebooks for school this year. Received item quickly, product was simple to set up and works like a dream. No complaints after a couple months of use!

Good chromebook. Nice display and it is quick. I do wish I had spent the extra $40 and got the next version up that has the non plastic lower case around the keyboard.

This Chromebook has everything my child needs for the new reality of distance learning. The added bonus of getting a great open-box discount made this purchase even easier.

Purchased as a gift for household children everybody that uses the Asus Chromebook loves it. The touch-screen is a big hit around the house.

Chromebook functions a bit different than windows 10 but thank God for YouTube. I like you open the lid and it is instant on. Great for email and surfing.

Bought it to use on a trip. Fairly easy to setup and use. Used it to access mail, home cameras and internet. Work fine, no issues.

I just love my new touch-screen laptop so much quality and was easy to install all of my data and apps that I used daily, the price was well worth it.

I really like this chromebook compared to the ipad that I used before this. It's quick and the battery lasts a long time. Great inexpensive computer.
