Would have Rated it 5-Stars....BUT....

Glad I bought the Additional Insurance. Had I not, Best Buy would have had to send it to ASUS to replace the Keypad and that was a 3 week ordeal. Now I need to Back Up my files on an External Hard Drive so Best Buy can exchange with New Laptop. They would not transfer files for me unless I paid them (Geek Squad) another $80.00. Such an ordeal!
