It's a shame they don't make these any longer in this model, because this thing - even 2+ years later, is a BEAST. Solid specs, folds like a tablet, runs solidly. If you can find one, it's a great deal in one package.

I love my laptop! I would recommend it for someone who needs a laptop beyond the basic laptop. However I was a bit disappointed Microsoft Word suite wasnt preloaded. Only a trial is on the laptop so essentially you would have to purchase that as well

Pretty satisfied so far. A few bugs and glitches, but nothing major. Had to use the Geek Squad to repair MS Outlook and I'm still trying to figure out how to use the graphics control. Other than that, pretty stable. It's only locked up on me twice since I've had it.

laptop has all the functions and the processing power that you need from normal computing to professional usage to even for gaming purposes, which handles quite well with medium and high end games. Very good screen resolution.

face recognition is really great even works in the dark. A little more sensitive than i would like but through settings can be customized. Tablet mode is sometimes tricky if you have it on your lap and accidentally press a key but overall love it

Not a fan of touch screens, nice backlite keyboard, plenty of hard drive space. Biggest down fall is the battery life, about 4.5 hours not impressive. I wish it would have come with widows 7.

This thing has been a beast so far. Plays any games I throw at it. Only thing so far has been the eye scanner but that was a windows update issue and has since been resolved. Since that no other issues to be seen.

This is a fast, thin computer with quick startup and large capacity hard drives. It has everything one would want in a full use computer. The only negative is the touch pad. For some reason it drops its software setting.

This is my third ASUS laptop, and I've found all three to be excellent machines. I believe this particular model is unique to Best Buy, and it's a remarkable value. It has all the traits of my high-end Zenbooks, without the cost. In a nutshell, this laptop fits the needs of almost everyone, aside from high end gamers. Pros: + Gorgeous, vivid 4K screen + Plenty of next-gen connectors + Full keyboard, including number pad and discrete keys for Home, Del, Page Up, Page Down. Keyboard is backlit. And the chiclets feel fantastic. + 512GB SSD is bigger than most offer, and results in 10 second boot time. + Whopping 2TB (5200 RPM) of additional storage + Included subwoofer dramatically improves sound quality. + 950M GPU is solid enough for typical gameplay. I'm playing Call of Duty: Ghosts at high settings with 35-45 FPS at 1920x1080 resolution. On low settings it runs at 90 FPS at 1920x1080. It can power games at 3840 x 2160, but you'll need to put settings down to low. + Trackpad works well, and I haven't noticed any mistaken palm contacts. Cons: - Without the (included) subwoofer attached, the sound quality is lousy. - Pre-installed bloatware - The GPU doesn't have the horsepower for VR.

Personally, I don't mind Asus. The specs would put this on the higher end spectrum of the laptop market. I'm not a fan of SSD technology; or the intel processors. There are more established brands, powerhouses, running similar specs at lower costs. You're essentially paying for the HD screen, which is commonly standard in today's market, the SSD drive, and the 16gb of ram (most of which can be upgraded aftermarket). The machine lacks a dedicated videocard, and does not come with a backlit keyboard. While I understand the lack of the former, the latter thrown in as a "gimme" would have been nice.

I purchased this laptop not only for school, but also for the great gaming specs. It works great and I love that it is a 2 in 1. The thing I don't like about it is the finish on it is smudged too easily.

It's a very capable laptop, with great features at a fair price. Good construction, and has a sleek profile. The tech specs are very solid for the price.

I came into Best Buy looking for a computer with certain options and they found me this one, which works perfectly for what I need. It runs all of my games and has plenty of storage space.

This notebook has proved to be the ideal tool for my needs. Startup is really fast and the processor power is incredible!!! I would highly recommend this product!!!

I'm not a windows fan since windows 8 was SO HORRIBLE but I needed a computer for school and the school said MAC did not work well with school software. The ASUS was a good value

One the whole, a good machine. However, there were multiple problems when I tried installing MS Office on the machine. The machine is quick and the display is not too bad.

Purchased this computer a little over a month ago and it has done everything I have asked exceptionally well. Best value for the money that I could find!

I've been using this device for about 1.5 months and am pleased with its performance. Hope it lives up to Best Buy's recommendation for reliability!
