I really liked my old one and it was not hard for me to decide to get the same brand, but a more updated model and with an added security features...eye/face recognition

I bought this for a replacement of a macbook pro 2012. This is slow the slowest laptop ive ever owned. The quad core processor is slow as molasses do not waste your money. Its not worth the price. The battery may last an hour charging is quite frequently.

I use my Asus laptop for a lot of adobe design work and live streaming. Everything about it is perfect. Highly recommend.

I use to have a Mac book. This is my first windows in a long time! Great playing games with!!

So far it's great for me as a student. Able to carry to class. Light enough to be a table and is a 2 in 1 so it kinds of acts like one when you want it

I test drove a bunch of different laptops because my IT organization would not make a recommendation. I'm happy to say that this worked out nicely.

Great performance with an excellent picture. The 2 in 1 feature is excellent and with the windows ink, it is even more versatile.

A really great replacement for my older Asus which had the same screen size but overall, the new laptop is a smidge smaller.

High end but easy to use. My daughter was able to install everything independently. Stylus and windows ink features work great.

I got a really great deal on this laptop, you save more when you bundle items with it. This works great, no issues so far.

I've been buying Asus laptops for some time now, but this last one has convinced me to stop. When working, this was a beautiful laptop. But... I purchased the Asus Q535ud on 3/28/2018. It died this week, 11/5/2020, for NO APPARENT REASON. While unplugging the HDMI cable, it suddenly lost all power. The motherboard is fried and it cannot be repaired. But that is not the whole story. I purchased the Asus Q552ub on 12/6/2015. It died suddenly in November 2017, just short of 2 years old. Similar to the Q535, it suddenly stopped charging, and when the battery ran out, it would no longer charge. You'd think that replacing the battery and power port would help, but no. I tried everything to repair it, even trying to buy a motherboard, but suddenly Asus would not sell me a motherboard (despite being a motherboard retailer!), and they wanted more than the unit was worth to attempt to repair and would not guarantee their work. I had previously had an Asus Windows tablet that I gave to my mother, and she too reported a power failure. I chalked it up to something my mother may have done wrong at the time, but now I know: Asus builds these machines to blow up. Asus, I am done with you. I'd love to hear from anyone who's had a similar experience.

Picked this up a while now and its been my main workhorse for photo editing and video editing. No regrets.

While I bought the computer for my granddaughter, who is a certified genius, I tried it out myself. It seems OK to me.

Short of not including Windows10 Pro, Laptop included all the most current 8th generation hardware. Great laptop!

So far no problem if you can afford it this is a very nice laptop to have. We bought it for traveling business purposes.

I enjoy that the laptop is thin and light weight enough that I can put it in my backpack and take it on-the-go!
