Works great. Curser flys all over the place. Touchpad not in center (it is to the left) so I have to get use to that. I put a piece of masking tape on the bottom left of the touchpad (which is Very smooth) so I can find the right place. As I said, just have to get use to the laptop.

We are very happy with the quality and the performance of this laptop, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a laptop.

This hardly is fair as I am a Loyal user of Asus products and this doesn't disappoint! Very fast while editing photos and the display is sharp and great color.

I had to look hard to find a store that had one in stock. It was worth the search. I had set the requirements I was looking for and this laptop met them all. It boots super fast off the SSD and shuts down quick. The screen is very clear and high definition. Windows updates fly fast and quick. It has been dependable thus far. I read a lot of reviews on laptops from various brands with horror stories. I picked this one and paid a little extra money to get a solid laptop. I have had a smaller ASUS for a few years and has been my carry-on computer for flights. This one with the metal case should also stand up for flights.

Amazing machine. Very fast and easy to use. Doesn't have a thousand third party programs and the specs are amazing compared to other laptops around the same prize

I have been really happy with my laptop so far. I love the clarity of the screen. This is also my first 2in1 with the touch screen. I have still mainly used it as for looking thigs up on the internet and checking emails. I am glad I chose this model. It is also really lightweight, another thing I love about it.

Good home unit except for all of the issues with the network adapter. Its taken me countless hours contacting Asus to try to figure out how to fix the incorrect driver issue now occurring. Hopefully Intel finally resolves this. However when there is no Ethernet port, you are at the whim of these issues.

This computer is everything I needed for college. I took it with me on christmas break to visit family and packed it completly sealed in its own case, inside my suitcase, and between soft clothing. When I took it out it had a pinpoint crack in the middle of the screen. Luckily I had insurance and they were glad to pay for the repair.

Needed a chromebook for 2nd grade distance learning. Found this st refurbished price and couldn't resist. No regrets. Just like new.

As powerful as a desktop, but portable and can be used like a tablet. Great fit and finish. Nice screen, full keyboard. Battery life could be better.

Love It!! it has handled everything I have thrown at it including cad programs. love the extra storage seeing as I despise working on the cloud. literally goes everywhere I go and has never failed to power up and preform. still have most of the default settings because I pull it out, handle what I need to then rush off to the next place. never had to wait for it to boot up. this wasn't my first choice, but it was recommended by a few different people. glad i listened

Totally love this computer! it has plenty of storage for all of my needs. The processor is great for online gaming and uploading home videos also!

This laptop does everything I need it to do. The only two complaints I have is that it's not very fast, and the battery dies pretty quickly. Other than that it's a workhorse computer.

First laptop that I have had to buy for myself that wasn't company provided. I was very picky in what I wanted and this seems to have fulfilled all of my needs. I love the hybrid SSD / HDD setup. The laptop is super light and the screen is crystal clear. On top of it I can use it as a tablet -- not really what I was looking for in a laptop but a welcome bonus !

I purchased this item after seeing it at the store. The quality of the screen and design work that went into this thing looked too good to pass up. Most of the chassis seems to be metal, not the cheap plastic you see on many models. The 4k screen is the only one that I could find that looked nicer than the 1080p Samsung Ativ 8 that this was replacing. The screen brightness level goes high as well. I'll probably replace the second drive with an SSD eventually but other than that, a great all around laptop.
