Very fast processor lots of software great deal on open box on clearance at great prices a capable touch screen laptop

This ASUS laptop is a great laptop. It is very fast. The touch screen is great. It is also 2 in 1. Very happy with this purchase.

This laptop boots up quickly and switches from task to task with ease. Picture is nice and clear. Set up was a breeze!

Disclaimer: I've only went through the start up process as this is a very new purchase, but I already have some thoughts, so. Like a lot of reviews here, the laptop itself is aesthetically nice. However, I noticed that even for jsut the startup, the fans were quite loud; not so much that it's worrying, but definitely there if you're someone who's hyper aware of that sound (like me). This is compared to my 5-year hunk of Toshiba laptop, and when I comparef them side by side the ASUS laptop fans are very prominent. The top part above the keyboard also got warm fast, which is where the fans are situated. As far as OS and software goes, everything seems smooth going, but I might bring it back within the return timeframe if the laptop keeps running hot even with the simplest browsing.

Love it! Never had a touch screen laptop/tablet. Wouldn't be able to do without it. Works great, big screen, thin, and light.

Purchased thus laptop to join with my Epic embroidery machine. Does a fine job. So much faster than the previous one used.

I've owned and used this laptop for 9 months and for those first months, the laptop worked like a dream. It booted up fast, had enough RAM to handle my frequent photo editing, and the screen + graphics + sound were great. However, a few days ago, the WiFi capability completely went kaput and the wireless driver (intel wireless ac 9560) would not work despite multiple uninstallations and reinstallations, even a factory reset didn't fix the issue. I took it into Best Buy and had one of the associates examine it; he also couldn't resolve and recommended getting a USB WiFi adapter, which I purchased. The issue has a workaround, but it's just disappointing that such an expensive laptop has such an issue less than a year into use.

This is a very nice laptop. It is very thin and light. I like the touch screen as well as the 2-in-1 function.

Purchased a new laptop to replace my old one that died after 9 years. This unit is super slim, light weight, and fast.

It is able to all I need vary fast. I usually have 10 to 15 apps open. It is as fast with 15 as with 3 apps.

I love everything about this laptop- it's function, design and processing speed EXCEPT about 2 months into owning it, the mouse pad suddenly became super sensitive and seems to move the mouse when my hand is anywhere near it (not touching it) and the keyboard periodically doesn't function properly (it will start typing BACKWARDS with the new letter going to the left of the previous letter and randomly skipping letters typed (or just not typing at all like it's frozen) I don't think it's the keyboard, it seems to be a software issue that started after the latest windows 10 update.. I can usually close out of whatever program I'm using and go back to it working fine.

This laptop has been a dream since I've bought it. Plenty or storage and the extra SSD helps boot everything quickly.

I bought it in US and after 10 days moved to Armenia. On day 14 screen is started to fade out. And I realized that I can't return it back. Also I understood that my warranty works only in US. It's not international warranty. Fortunately, I found a friend who went to US, gave him the notebook, and he did all things and got back to Armenia my notebook with new screen. After a month of using, notebook broke up again. Now another thing, some signs on display like puzzles, and reset loops. But this time all borders were closed because of COVID-19. I called here authorized dealers of ASUS, they opened notebook, but said it's not in their warranty, and even for money they can't repair it, because it is something wrong with motherboard. I wrote ASUS via their customer service, and they said "Since this notebook has local warranty only in USA, we can only offer you a chargeble repair in our Service center in Armenia". But as I mention, in Armenia they say even for money they can't repair it. And now, all borders are closed, I have notebook, not working at all. Nobody knows when it will possible to send it to US. I even don't know, when I could send it to US, will they repair for free, or they will say, it's opened, and you have lost your warranty. Who knows... Thank you ASUS and BestBuy, for your service.

Getting use to windows 10 is taking awhile, but I like it. I like this laptop put I having trouble finding a good external dvd drive. When I bought it I told the salesman 2 important thing was memory and a dvd drive. For as much as I paid I only got one of those.
