I couldn't have asked for a better laptop! 4k touchscreen, 2 in 1 portability! I love it!

Interesting device coming down from a 17" device...nice 2-in-1 machine, but I really don't use the features to their fullest...my wife will and it's the right size for her flights of tech reliance

Why the laptop is fairly fast it has issues with sensitivity. The mouse freezes a lot. There are not a lot of online information about the laptop.

This a great touchscreen laptop that offers lots of storage. Highly recommended.

Laptop seems to be of quality, is quite versatile for use as laptop or tablet. Is handy to take to the kitchen to use as cookbook for recipes we have in Word or Adobe. Muncy PA store was VERY HELPFUL in the purchase process and later. We look for it to last for many years.

I was looking for a gaming computer to run my programs I work with. This is doing the job.

The hard disk makes some whistle noise at Maximum use! The speakers somehow pop and make popping noise! The hinges looks kinda weak and might be a problem in the future!

The ASUS Q536FD-BI7T15 - 2-in-1 15.6" 4K Ultra HD Touch-Screen Laptop has many problems and does not compare to my five year old N550JX-DS71T - FHD Touch-Screen laptop. I purchased the N550JX-DS71T brand new in 2015 for $800.00 (including $100.00 shipping), that I later upgraded with two 1 TB Samsung SSDs (850 Pro/850 Evo) and 16 GB RAM. Specifically, the ASUS Q536-BI7T15's tablet mode does not rotate the screen or adjust fonts as it should. ICEsound does not work correctly. Battery optimization is limited. The mouse often has intermittent tracking issues. The ASUS Q536FD-BI7T15's response time is also terrible in comparison to my N550JX-DS71T, which I wrote nearly 20 TB of data to. The HDMI port does not work. The laptop is also out of warranty and ASUS will not service the laptop without high cost. Numerous driver re-installations, OEM operating system re-installs, or clean installs, do not work. I recommend that Best Buy begins to sell quality computers, especially if retail price is much more than what devices are actually worth. Thank you for such a heinous product.

It was time to buy one..was first searching for a 1 TB SSD for the C drive. Discovered that I didnt need that much boot drive if there was a D drive for my data...lots of appraisal files and photos. This one has a 2 TB d drive that leaves the 256 GB SSD boot drive much more than adequate. Also the 16GB ram was needed as I work with dropbox always running...a real mem hog.
