Good product value. Overall works well. Older programs that ran on vista do not download properly so additional software purchases made it more expense than I wanted.

By making the bevel smaller, Asus has kept the screen the same size but made the overall machine smaller and lighter than similar models. The Nvidia card does a great job with graphics, and sound is good, too. All around nice machine!

Our new college student loves her ASUS with one exception... it doesn't have a direct ethernet port. The only reason this is an issue is because the WIFI in her dorm is not good & all were highly advised to use an ethernet cable when there. As for the ease of use & portability it is fantastic!

This computer is amazing, the high speed and awesome graphics makes this computer the best thing to buy. You can play any type of games and also work in Many things at the same time. The 2-in 1 touch screen it’s perfect for doing things more comfortable. It is worth every cent that I spend on it

I went to buy another desktop computer and ended up with this laptop plus a monitor. It does everything I need and more. I usually always buy HP but got more with this ASUS computer for less money. Another bonus is I can take it with me and use it as a tablet. Very pleased with my purchase.

This seems great, but the number keypad is very awkward, the battery is not all that great. Pretty fast though.

This is a powerful laptop with all of the older connections which make it ideal to avoid having to change out all of your wiring. Extremely pleased with the performance. Also, large internal memory makes it less depend on cloud storage to protect privacy.

I decided to exchange it for the ASUS - ROG GU502GV 15.6" Gaming Laptop - Intel Core i7 RTX so I can not review this Laptop.

nice computer, nice layout and feel...is having power down issues though... so maybe not that great

This computer is impressive, the I7 really delivers during multitasking. Boot up times are amazing, usually within 5 sec from power off to on. Owned for a month and no issues whatsoever.

I am going from a MacBook Pro to this. It runs well, but the trackpad is starting to get to me. It works well most of the time, but its not a MacBook....

I bought two of these for my mobile business and it was a great choice. ASUS is a great product brand and I've purchased ASUS in the past, wise choice. The ASUS computers are versatile and durable and the longevity is impressive. Again, wise choice!

This computer works great. The screen is great to look at and so many options for personalization. It handles everything I do with ease.

I really like this laptop the design everything was really really cool about it. I'm not very tech savvy and had issues....

I love the computer but I've already had to send it away to get repaired. I had it for 2 weeks and then I didn't have it for 2 1/2 weeks because I had to get repaired and they had to send it away. This thing is way too expensive that problems already. I'm so upset when I got it back it's just still seems like it's not a 100% a mean it's a great computer but definitely having a problem saying that it's worth the money

This is a very nice computer. It is super fast. And no problems to learn . Had a windows 7 for several years and there was no problem going to this Windows 10. Glad we bought it. I have cheaper Asus computers and we definitely can tell the difference.

I bought this laptop to be able to use windows 10 but found out that the size of this one is larger than what works best for me. Good quality and picture but there are better choices available. I decided to go with the Razer 13" and love that one.

I’ve had this computer for about a month. It seems slower than my old computer but it serves the purpose for which I bought it for.

Bought one and returned it due to the mouse pad having issues. The next one I bought has the same exact issue...if you use it for more than a few min the mouse pad almost seems to stop working or become less responsive in a way that makes you think the mouse pad is dirty or something. When this happens wiping the pad fixes it but its not because its dirty or anything. My hands are not dirty or oily or anything and I can actually wipe it with something dirty and it still seems to "fix" it for a little while. I've had many laptops so its not like my hands all the sudden got dirty. This happens EXTREMELY often with this mouse pad. I've tried every fix known and nothing fixes it. I also owned this laptop for about 3-4 before I even turned the sound on and then found out the speakers are blown!! I dont have time to send my laptop away for them to fix it and hardly use the speakers on it so I'll just live with it, I wont buy an ASUS laptop again.
