I've been using this computer for more than a year and I was impressed by the great display and components BUT i have been having problems with the Wireless adapter.... it doesnt recognize it and I have tried many things, reinstalled the drivers, even reset the computer to fabric settings, losing all my stuff but there seems to be a general problem with this Wireless adapter. I did contact ASUS and they only sent me driver updates and other robotic responses that haven't solved my problem. I wish I had bought another computer... seems this model's adapter and the BIOS are not compatible after an update... There doesnt seem to be a solution for this......

Is great laptop... Awesome I really love it.. The only problem is that after I would say 3 months just lost connectivity for WiFi... I update install new upgrades offer by Asus and nothing... I just sent it back for repair and it was really frustrating

I purchased this machine to work as a photo editor and to be able to show proofs and final images to clients. The large on board storage and SSD speed with the 16GB graphics card make this an ideal choice for those purposes.

I run SolidWorks CAD (3D modeling software), the laptop handles it very well. Remember to open your graphics app's with the NVIDIA graphics engine (not the Intel graphics engine)!

I really love this laptop, and after a very happy prior purchase of an ASUS that I owned for three years, another ASUS was my first choice. It's lighter and a little smaller than my prior laptop and I'm very happy about that.

This is my 5th Asus laptop and by far the worse. Here are the issues. - Laptop Battery Died after 4 months. Now I have to wait 4 weeks for a replacement battery. - The entire frame makes the laptop extremely hard to carry without it slipping out of your hands. - The trackpad is the absolute worse, the new updates make it inaccurate and erratic. - Because of the tank link finish, it's durable. If you're about to drop $1k+ skip this and get a better laptop.

I was looking for a laptop capable of running the Adobe suite of apps with plenty of speed. This one has been great! It was easy to set up and has been running fast ever since! The touch screen works great!

My first Asus and definitely not complaining. Definitely fast with great processing speed. Video and screen image is awesome! Only had a month but so far, no issues. Expensive buy but definitely worth what I spent.

Absolutely in love with this computer! I would def recommend it and I would purchase another one! I have Always purchased either HP or Lenovo sooo I was skeptical at first but best decision as far as computers.

Dual drive, super fast! Very light, easy to use, touch or type is nice.

Love our new labtop, It has amazing graphics and lots of storage. The processing system is super fast. We are so glad that we changed our mind and spent a little extra. So far this labtop is well worth the money.

Overall nice for the money but the trackpad is junk. I recommend using a wireless mouse.

I haven't owned a personal computer in years. I decided to finally get one for various projects I'm starting, mainly syncing Christmas lights to music, and so far it's worked really well for what I need.

This laptop is great. It looks very professional and it’s performance backs up its looks. The 4K display is stunning and the processing power makes using certain process intense programs run very smoothly. I love this lap top

Great screen, fast processing, love the tablet mode. I use this for my business and it does everything. It’s heavy enough to have that durable feeling, but compact and easy to carry. Can’t beat it for under 1k!

I’m a college student, and I really needed a laptop that supported big programs like MATLAB and AutoCAD. This computer allowed me to have a lot of space for these programs. Easy to use! 10/10!!!

I love this thing. It's my second one. Would still have the first one I bought 5yrs ago but it got damage. This thing has great screen images. Touch. Is fantastic. Super fast processing. Live the feel, every about it.

Keyboard does not really light up so you can see them very well. Other than that it's been fine.
