On to the Asus, this computer was purchased to go back to college. The wifi suddenly stopped working after 2 weeks. I had to back to BestBuy/Geek Squad to have the "software for wifi reloaded"; it was a major inconvenience. Other aspects of the computer are good so far, but my confidence is shaken. Hopefully, there will be no other major breakdowns moving forward.

All ASUS products undergo intensive quality control, testing and inspections. What you've experienced was not intentional or representative of our brand. It sounds like you were able to resolve the issue, however if you have driver issues in the future, we do make those available on our Support website. Wi-Fi, touchpad, BIOS, and audio drivers among others are available at the link below.
