So, I purchased this PC after an HP literally died on me after I set up Cortona (and I bought that PC new also). Haven't had any problems with this outside of a feature accidentally being triggered (it is very sensitive to touch). Runs very well. I play 1 downloaded video game and browse the net HARD (lots of browsers, pages and sites open at once, often). It handles very well. The graphics are amazing also. I have yet to use it as a tablet but sure it will continue to preform.

This is one of my fastest & lightest computer the I own. Storage is great w/256gb sdd & a 2tb hard drive. This a great computer!!!

My only complaint is that it does not have a DVD player and I have had to order an external one. Otherwise it is fast and so far has worked well for my photography. My older machine could no longer handle the demands of my photo editing software.

Works as advertised, only 2 problems I have is battery life which with the way I use it only gives me 3 to 4 hours of unplugged use, and no Ethernet Port since I like to be a Hard wired into my Modem when WiFi I have weak Wifi signals in one of my Rooms. other wise It works well enough.

Needed a laptop with a high powered video card to support some robust animation software...but didnt want to drop $3K. Took a chance on this refurbished model...and it was honestly as good as a new one at less than half price. I would confidently buy a refurb from Best Buy again. And, while this model was designed as a "gaming" computer, it also has the ideal specs to run high end animation creating software (Realusion & Character Creator). Highly recommended.

Very fast and nice computer! Price is also good... the only problem will be battery life but other than that is good.

Great laptop. It plays all the games I could want without a hitch, IR camera works perfectly everytime, strong & durable and minimal fan noise when put under a lot of pressure. Helped me through hours of papers & research for classes (ran smoothly with up to 15 tabs on Chrome open and 3 Microsoft Word Documents) and YouTube playing as well. Honestly, my only complaint is that it really attracts fingerprints, but with a nice skin & screen protector, it's not that big of a deal.

I bought this laptop in black friday 2019. I really loved it before I started to get blue screens. After the first 2 blue screens I thought that by using a cooling pad I wouldn't get more problems but today I got my fourth blue screen. All these happend while using python. I want a to know how to fix this problem.

Speed is decent, swapped standard HD for 2 TB solid state, battery life is good and tablet features are good as well. Sometimes there is a glitch with screen orientation when transitioning to tablet mode, but overall I am pleased. Bamboo stylus works excellently.

No problems other than the battery is slightly lacking but the power is there and makes up for it in a big way.

Love the speed, keyboard keys feel and response including number pad that isn’t narrowed like some out there. The touch pad is very intuitive. I usually don’t use them, but this one has been so user friendly that I haven’t even looked for my wireless mouse. And the touch screen is user friendly as well. It has facial recognition to log in if you choose. I take it back and forth to work easily. The bag I carry it in is actually heavier than the laptop.

I purchased these laptop for a business, not a fan of a laptop to start with, it sat in the box for 2 weeks before I actually need the use of it (since I bought it on sale and my business wasn’t open yet) after doing casual work on the first week it crash twice with the blue screen, took it to Best Buy and was told they could t accept the product back also geek squad couldn’t solve the problem. Here iam with a nice looking laptop that’s only good for casual Netflix or facebook. If I use Microsoft word or anything it will over heat and you can feel the heat by the screen lower side. Here’s my review after 4 months later of wasted money

This laptop is a must have. I love it. It has great storage and is soooo quick! I love it.

Love the 2-in-1 feature! Love the storage capacity! However, the audio sounds a bit low. Aside from that, i can connect my smart phone too and access my mobile apps and calls and texts. Very simple & easily accessible.

I am giving ASUS a second chance on this laptop. I feel my previous ASUS's lifetime of 3 years was disappointing for the price I paid. I like the lit keyboard feature and well as the pantone color calibration (I think that's what it's called) as I edit photos. I would wish that they had another USB port as I use one for my mouse, one for my Passport backup. I usually download GoPro files so that's why it would be nice to have another USB port. All in all it's a very nice laptop and hopefully it'll last longer.
