I am quite satisfied with my new chromebook. It works well, sounds are great, and also design is so decent. However, I have one question. When I watch Netflix, the resolution was not that clear. The screen looked a bit blurry. Could you please let me know this issue? Thanks

One major drawback and is the reason it cost one star: microsoft Excel (accessed thru school account) isn't compatible with it (and, yes, this was after many hours of tech-help from the school system and it is an issue with 'some' chromebooks).

I did struggle figuring out how to turn it off and on. That was expected because I have not had a computer for 14 years. I purchased the Chrome book because I had a Google tablet and I felt it would be easier to use.

Grandson loves it

But I have asked my grandson if he's had any issues how does he like it and he tells me he just loves it.

Very Nice Chromebook.

I would highly recommend this NEW Asus Chromebook. Fast and plenty of storage. The only negative is the sharpish edges on the base, around the keyboard, not very comfortable when typing (where the white meets the dark blue/black).
