I love everything about it - from the feel, the look, the display, and much more. It's great for multiple accounts and my family also loves it! I do wish there were at least 2 USB ports, but this laptop is full of functionality and serving its purpose well :)

Returned it to Johnson City best buy and that customer service was horrible. They tried to make me pay extra and wouldnt talk to me at all and explain what they was doing. I loved the computer though

Battery and connectivity

Takes a while to connect to wifi and then goes in and out and is slow. My other laptops do not have any connectivity issues so it's not the internet. Sometimes apps and windows won't close using the x in the corner. I restart constantly. It is heavy but i don't mind that. Beautiful 2 in 1 so I'm sad to give this review. I love the Chromebook platform so i will get another one just not this one.

2. Press and hold the power button for 1 full minute
3. Plug in only the charger and start up normally.

The Chromebook is great and I would recommend it to anyone. The screen on it is also sharp, what else can you ask? Asus great job.

But I returned it only due to it not being portable . Else I had got this at an awesome price . i returned this and got the much costlier Acer Spin 713 EVO Chromebook only and only due to form factor and weight !!

CPU cooling fan is terrible and sounds like a rocket even when you are barely using this laptop. Defeats the purpose of using it in tent mode to watch movies on low volume at night. Battery life was not so great for me. I ended up returning this thing.

When the electrical current is increased to a certain point, the magnetic field around the coil can cause it to vibrate, which produces the whiny sound. After a short amount of time the noise should go away as the components regulates. However, if it is that the sound is too much for you, then we would recommend that you have this device sent in for servicing.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I do not like this ASUS-2-in-1 you have to save everything to the computer before you can print things off and I HATE that way too much monkey business with my hp envy I could just click on print and it would print and trying to delete emails is ridiculous some times it shows a little envelope and then i have to hit delete again because I think it saved it the first time there are other little quirks but if i could bring this back to Best Buy and trade it in I sure would

It is light in weight, easy to carry around, the display is beautiful and my twins love how you can flip it and make it look like a tablet. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Best Buy took it back and credited my account. You never have to worry. Returns are so easy there and the employees are really great. I don't know how they do it!!!
