    I can not connect my new chrombook to my new Epson printer so I have to pay $49.00 for a tech person to come to my house. I can not get help from geek squad. Very unhappy with the extra expense. If you buy new, check out that computer and printer are easy to set up. I never had this problem with my HP computer and printer.

    Owned for 1.5 years and the motherboard needed to be replaced. The unit replaced the same exact configuration purchases 3 months prior with the same problem.
