    Chromebook works well and is sturdy. Unfortunately, the display flickers constantly and is very distracting. :( Otherwise, this would have been perfect.

    Poor speakers and dim/dull display

    The display on this Chromebook is extremely dull and quite dim. Even on the brightest setting, indoors. The speakers crack horribly on one side.

    The volume cuts in and out on this brand new laptop. I'm hoping I can return it for a replacement. Otherwise I like it.

    Overall it was a great computer at first but now it keeps resetting on its own and booting me off and I’ve only owned it for a month or less

    cheap and not well made

    this is a cheap computer. the keyboard stops working when it goes to sleep then i have to partially close and open the screen multiple times for the keyboard to wake up. spend you money on something else.

    Best Buy may not be the right choice

    I am so disappointed. We are techies and have yet to use the chrome book. We called for help and were instead told to have geek squad do it (for additional cost) . I had expected I would receive the help we needed with a purchase. I couldn’t answer many of the survey questions because we still haven’t been able to use it.

    We bought it for our son to do school work on a week after he started using it screen had problems and Best Buy said our two weeks were up so they couldn't do anything about it because we didn't buy their overrated protection plan that is almost $200 a year, so now trying to get a warranty through the manufacturer

    Horrible Build Quality

    I'm shocked that this product ever made it off the factory floor. Terrible build quality. The trackpad rattles like crazy with even the slightest touch. I had high hopes for this Chromebook, but the build quality is so poor it's going straight back to Best Buy.

    Under delivered, over promised.

    They should get a zero. Paid extra for faster delivery, two days have past and no chrome book. Called the Store, caught up in a two hour phone game. Going back to the store to get my money back. To add to the insult, the store clerk did not know what he was doing and I was not able to track the purchase.

    this chromebook does not come with stadia pre installed the so called harmon/kardon sound is worse than a bluetooth speaker from the dollar general. the geeks squad would not help! the battery life is certainly worse than 12 hours (try 6 best buy) do not buy worst ''premium" chromebook u can buy

    Don't waste your money

    Computer can't keep a connection to the internet. Not the internet issue, has a strong signal but can't ever connect. Total waste of money and apparently two week window for return. Chrome won't even open reliably on a Chromebook!!!!

    Just won't turn on

    Defective and dangerous

    I had to return this in less than a month. The screen had a minute crack. It failed to read my external drive. Within 10 minutes of turning on, the bottom got hot and gave off a burnt plastic and electrical smell

    I bought in November for my daughter's Christmas present. Two weeks out of the box, it stopped holding a charge. It barely even turns on. And now I'm outside the window for a refund. What a piece of garbage.
