laptop is great , i use it for programming and it fits the job perfectly ,large screen , back lit keyboard . only thing i am getting used to is using it as a tablet .

Bought it for my son as a graduation gift. The only thing that was not working was the keyboard back-light. After downloading an update from Asus, problem was resolved. We would highly recommend this laptop to anyone.

So far I have had no issues with this computer. I love the touchscreen and flipbook options. I only miss that it does not have a cd player built in to the computer itself....will have to purchase an external cd drive.

Bought this 2 in 1 open box for under $500. I love it. With an I-5 processor, 12 GB of Ram and the option to use as a laptop or tablet, I use it for play and work. Thanks Asus and Best buy! I couldn't be happier.

This laptop was highly recommended by many besy buy employees for what our needs are. We may have purchased a lemon as it has been sent in 4 times for the same repair - flashes a black screen when scrolling through the internet. We've received nothing but great customer service along the way but we are completely frustrated by the situation.

I'm a Mac user, but did not have any problems setting up new Asus laptop. It's more computer than I really need, but I'm sure I will make good use of it. I really love the touch screen option- works like a tablet.

This is a great computer. It does take a bit of getting used to, at least for me, since I haven't used Windows 10 before. It does some weird things like turn off while I'm in the middle of something, but again it's probably something in the settings that I missed. All in all its a great computer. I use it everyday!

We purchased this laptop for our son. It has a lot of the features that he wanted. He doesn't game, but he does YouTube and other web pages popular with kids. He doesn't use the touch screen option, so maybe consider if that is a must or not. Plenty of space for his needs and a pretty good processor. Overall, a great buy for us.

We had an issue with the display driver frequently crashing and the message was about a Windows 8 display driver and this is a Windows 10 laptop. Downloaded a windows 10 driver and it hasn't crashed since.. This is my first experience with Windows 10 (replaced a Vista desktop) and it has taken some getting used to but I like it.

A good computer,but it`s pretty finicky about where you rest your hands. Also, some keys are less unresponsive than others,especially the space bar, which means you have to depress it with more force or press it repeatedly to get it to work. It has a lot of capabilities, but some of the basics seem to have been overlooked.

Great features and functionality, the service was unbelievable! We had a littke problem with our first selection which was purchased with a 3 year total service plan. The store Manager called us within minutes of being notified. He instructed his staff to take care of us. We received top notch service and when the issue could not be fully resolved with that unit to their satisfaction (Best Buy Standards plus some). We were surprised by the fact that we were freely upgraded to the newest model (which was about $400 more expensive) for free and reimbursed for travel to the store to correct the issue as we live about 1 hour away. Far better service than was expected! Thanks to the 320611 Best Buy Store Manager and team!

For the price, I feel this is a hard to beat 2-in-1.

Great computer. Love the touch, screen easy to use

Bought this laptop after returning the Lenovo Edge. This laptop has more memory, 12GB, than other laptops at the same price range. Fast boot time, fast performance and responsive. My daughter loves it.

I haven't had a laptop in a long while; I mostly use an iPad, but this new Windows 10 touch screen technology mixes what I like about the tablet and mixes it in with what a laptop provides.

I have had an Asus laptop for over a year and liked it so much we bought one for my husband. Love all the much needed specs...10 key, backlit keyboard, 1080p. Have recommended to friends.
