I like the size, weight and design of this laptop. However the flip lock application still needs some work. It often times locks the keypad without my having to flip it to tablet mode. Also, the startup speed is slower than with my Windows 7.

I bought this item because my son already had an Asus computer and has had it for years. He has had no problems with the computer or its speed.

It's easy to use, could not be happier with it. I would recommend it. The price was reasonable.

This is a replacement for an older Toshiba laptop and the speed, storage combined with the ease of a touch screen are a huge improvement.

Although I'm stilling learning Windows 10, I really like the laptop. I use it for business purposes, and it meets all my requirements.

Less than 3 months and the camera stopped working. Tried everything to get it working and all fails. Touch screen and everything else is good. But what now without a camera

My old computer crashed! Got this one and it works amazingly! It was weird getting use to the tablet part, but after that I love it!

Last Asus ran like a champ until it quit. This one is ok, not quite as good as the last and cost about the same. No disk drive.

I am not very computer savvy these days. The computer is very easy to function and I like that I can use it as a tablet.

The PC itself worked okay, but Windows 10 kept causing problems that were unsolvable. I threw up the white flag and declared that I had enough of Windows 10's daily grief and exchanged this PC for a Mac Book.

I bought this laptop because of the dual use and the amount of memory. I have not been disappointed. Would recommend.

Excellent quality. Flipping from tablet to laptop is seamless. Lots of power for a 13 in and fits in most backpacks

I have had the Asus for just over a month and it has locked up and completely freezes nearly every time I use it. The only thing you can do is hold the power button to reboot the laptop. It also has “critical_error_died” message and then freezes and again the only thing you can do hold the power button to reboot. I am completely sick of this thing that I will be taking back. I am not sure if the problem is hardware issue or if a Window 10 problem. I have searched for fixes but it seems the critical error message was around in window 8, I would have thought that Microsoft would have fixed that?? Now I am trying to get my files off this machine and am not sure about what it will take to get Office 2016 installed on the replacement when I get it???

Very much like all the options that come with this computer and still have so much more to learn..looking forward to using it for my college chases

The touch screen laptop is user friendly and easy to use. I was able to adjust to the touch screen quite easily.

Bought this laptop for my daughter for college. It has everything she needs. The flip hinge has worked out well for watching movies. This is the third Asus I've bought, the others have held up well.

My husband has enjoyed using this computer. He isn't computer savvy but this computer makes it easy for him.

Pretty easy to use and of course with Geek Squad's help in setting up, my time is spent more productively!
