Definitely worth the price, a lot offered. I love how you can flip it from computer to tablet. I love being able to stream movies and tv shows in the tablet mode, makes it easy to lay in bed and just relax.

I use this computer for editing video and audio. It is very very fast and has never failed me. The processor speed is amazing and at 1 TB storage I will almost never have to use my external HD

So far computer js great. Had one issue that was fixed over the phone.

I think that the computer is good has good quality but the graphics processing expected a bit more, but otherwise it has good storage capacity which is something I like ...

My old desktop computer finally died and I switched to this laptop. Wanted laptop with large screen and good keyboard. This computer is good in this respect, keyboard is good, but monitor is sometimes not adequate. Will probably end up connecting this to larger monitor sometimes.

I have not had a chance to work it a lot so it is hard to tell.

Not only does this laptop turn into a tablet, but it’s durable. It’s also touch screen. I use every day for school, work, and gaming. It with stand all the tasks I put it up to.

I have had this laptop for several months. I am very pleased with it. I love the touch screen and the tablet mode. This has great video resolution and is overall a great upgrade.

Hands down best value for the money. Fast boot and response times, and an overwhelming large amount of storage. And even though it's a larger laptop, it isn't cumbersome to carry.

Great laptop that is easily convertible to a tablet. Good for Microsoft office use and also for gaming. Sleek and has a good battery.

Well when ever I try to stay on tablet mode the screen would turn off by itself at random times, also I tried to load my pages and it would start freezing.

I bought this for my mother who is 86 years old. I looked at all the reviews online and called the Best Buy 800 number. I would recommend this if you don’t store a lot of pictures, movies etc. it’s great for just checking emails, Facebook and surfing the net.

This is a replacement computer for a stolen one. It is an incredible machine for a reasonable price. It performs beyond expectations! Great quality! Fast!

Other Than a recent windows update problem this machine has been on point. I’m not a gamer or anything, but it a works for my small business and survives my children playing the occasional silly preloaded games.

It can keep up with my day to day which wasn't something the HP laptop I was using could do. I take classes, search for jobs that have a decent pay (you know, one that may pay for shelter & utilities & transportation to get to them), and a list of other things. I am learning how to use various tools for returning to a field of work I have not done in years. Many computer tools are being used in the field now which I had not had classes for, so I am learning on my own. It travels well to wherever I need to go with it. I have even used the tablet feature to prepare and give speeches.

Working well for multiple students running Adobe suite, CAD and gaming programs while balancing homework apps.

I was so excited when I got this at such a good deal. We set it up and (unfortunately) added the WEBROOT security/anti virus program. Then added my Adobe Products. After taking it to the Geeks for it being amazingly slow twice to no avail, one of my students tried disabling the Webroot and it was suddenly fine! Yeah! But... Now it wont work with Camtasia, a necessary program in this time of Covid19. This touch screen is nice when its working tho.
