Still loading all my programs and learning the ins/outs of this laptop. So far I like it. The touchpad mouse pad is a bit touchy but once I get used to it I am sure it will be great.

This laptop has all a college student should need. We purchased from our local Best Buy and it was marked down $200 within days of our purchase. Best Buy has not honored its price match policy on its own item. Very disappointing!! We opened the box, put the laptop in a brand new computer bag for our son to take across the country to California to college. When he turned it on the laptop was caught in a perpetual loop and would not boot up. We took it to the local Best Buy in California and they charged us $80 for a student tech plan and will take 3 to 5 days to reinstall windows as it appears that the windows software was not installed properly by the manufacturer. I am sorry but I truly resent being charged money and held up 3 days (very lucky I will be here and have a rental car, else my son would be without the computer indefinitely - doesn't have a car at school and Best Buy is 15 miles away). Again seriously disappointing!

Many options for use for college classes. Right on screen is very valuable and fold screen back is useful.

Purchased this laptop as a replacement for my Toshiba Quismo. loked the fact it had 2T hard drive. turned it on after bringing home and the touch pad stopped working. Brought it back and Geek Aquad fixed it. next day turned it on again and it locked up. Shutdown rebooted and it happened again. So back to store again. Geek Squad had do several thing s to it. Next day same thing. So I returned and purchased an HP Envy. geek Squad was very responsive and did everything they could.

Hi, Asus laptop is looks and nice design, works excellent, price is also good!!!!

No major issues so far. Took it to the Geek Squad when it locked up. He was able to get it to work right and showed me what to do and not to do next time.

Ease of use. Good quality for such a good price. Light enough to carry around
