Good laptop. We've only had it about 2 weeks. SSD drive is probably the best addition to speed it up.

Laptop is very good, good looking, sharp, and picture is crisp. Speed is very good as well!

I can do any necessary tasks for work and yet still have the ability to game when I am out of town.

not used to touch screen, so you have to watch your fingers, works well ASUS always a great choice

Since the laptop didn't have a Ethernet port you have to use wifi. Windows 10 wifi sense or the connect to hotspots caused the laptops not to update would keep dropping the connection. On the forth laptop i setup I chose custom install and turn off all the wifi roaming options. We have 4 sid being broadcasted and this was an issues with windows 10.

Love the ease of use. The new features I found were easy to understand. I'm a 70+ user and a bit intimidated at first but not anymore. I didn't require help from my grandson at all.

Works great, good quality laptop. Picture quality is very good.

Good computer. Had to return b/c number key pad is a little awkward for accounting work.

I went into Best Buy looking for a laptop. I haven't had one for a few years so I don't know much about them anymore. The staff was very knowledgeable about all their laptops. They help me figure out which one was best for my budget. I will continue to shop at Best Buy.

I really like most everything about the ASUS- 2nd one. I bought an HP first because of the price from Costco but returned it because it did not compare...nothing against Costco but the technical support and sales staff at Best Buy makes buying a computer much more confident.

Keyboard questionable. It may be Windows 10, but overall not pleased with product.

I've purchased two Lenovo laptops from Besbuy and both have failed over a two year period. Decided to spend a little more money and change brand to Asus. I am totally pleased with the response and features provided. The Solid State drive is the way to go.

I bought this laptop for my son going to college. He absolutely loves it!

This is a great laptop for day to day home use, browsing, email, etc.

Nice laptop but would not allow iTunes to upload music videos from external hard drive or even when that data put onto internal drive still would not upload! Think the cause was that Windows 10 ! Would recommend laptop if you like 10 !

Some issues withb set up, but once that is done, computer works well
