I am disappointed in this machine. It takes a very long time to even boot up (no, not start-up program bloat) than program response is slow. I purchased this machine to replace a 10yo one that was 99% full on HDD, but it is no faster.

Needed a laptop for my child who was starting college in the fall. Looked at all the different brands and this one seemed the best without breaking the bank. Been in college for over a month and loves the laptop. Does everything she needs it to.

Went in with a knowledge of what I needed. The Associate listened to my requirements and gave me options based on price and abilities. Made my decision based on her input and was out in no time with a new laptop. Smooth, easy and productive.

It met my needs and may not need additional programs for a while.

Awesome like it my wife likes the computer also the San Marcos location was very helpful a new hire helped me I told him what I was looking for and price and they where able to find exactly what I want and better then what I expected

Definitely not a traveling laptop. This is quick but bulky.

the best laptop I have owned,except it has NO CD/DVD drive,really.this is such a basic item.for 1000.$ couldn't put a CD drive in it. SMH. A CD drive is such a basic item,I didn't even think to look or ask if it had one.crying shame I'm beyond my 15 day trial period with this laptop.

It's freakin great, man! I use it like I stolt it. I be doin all kinds of laptop stuff with it! One time I uploaded a picture from my sd card and saved it in my pictures. If you want to get your freakin mind blown you should grab one!

I bought this laptop for my son for a Christmas gift. He uses it for personal use as well for his business. He is in the music business and holds all his programs nicely.

Laptop performs as expected and pricing is reasonable.

I’ve had my Asus for 2 years now and it has spent the last year in a box. Asus customer service is horrible, my screen detached and fell apart within 4 months of me buying this computer and the warranty department at Asus would not repair it.

Excellent for college. does everything need to do so far.

I bought this laptop for the 4K Screen capability and I am not disappointed. I have it hooked up to a 32.5" ASUS 4K monition and being a programmer that needs all the space I can get, it is a joy to work with.

This is the computer that was purchased for my daughter for college. She began using it halfway through her senior year of high school and is in her sophomore year of college now.

Computer got a driver bug a month after I purchased it. I would say the quality of the software would indeed be subpar. Other than that it has been a good laptop.
