I bought this laptop for school and it handles all my programs (Inventor/AutoCAD/Revit). I’m a Computer Engineering Design student and use it for 3D Modeling. It runs AutoDesk programs and SOLIDWORKS no problem.

I like the laptop but it didn't come with a stylus

This computer replaced an older one of ours that finally died. We are enjoying the pictures and colors which are beautiful and brilliant. Easily portable and a decent learning curve to navigate. Recommend!

I have had this for almost a month. It seams to be a pretty decent computer so far. Everything this lap top has in it (specs) I would say it should last a lot longer than my last laptop which was a HP.

This is a great laptop with all the features you need without over spending. It does everything I need and more. Asus is the best company out there making computer right now, you can't go wrong buying one!

I could tell the difference between my old computer Lenovo and new computer Asus. The upgrade intel Core 17 7th Gen made all operations faster... login on, Internet web pages, opening folders, etc.

Te sound is amazing, the battery last hours but the face recognition is more or less like the touch ID of the iPhone, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. But everything else has been good so far

This is the worst laptop I have ever purchased in my life, the hdd is so as a snail. The computer keeps crashing and going bsod. Very unhappy.

I opened the computer, and after several hours of updates needed I was finally able to log on to the computer. I opened up the internet explorer and the computer froze. I had to do a hard shut down. When I turned the computer back on it attempted to "repair" itself for over an hour. It was unable to repair itself, and would not work at all. Took it in to the store and was told by the Geek Squad that they had many problems lately with the Asus. Exchanged it for a different laptop. I possibly had a lemon, I have heard great things about Asus.

Our Asus laptop, Epson projector and Samsung soundbar are wonderful and work hand in hand together while watching movies our children feel like we're in a movie theater couldnt be more satisfied.

I would buy again if the entire product was upgraded. If it lasts ten years and keeps working then good. Obviously the mathematical odds are worse than ten to one! So if your looking for something that is better you can find it!

I was looking for a low cost laptop with it's own graphics card and a good amount of RAM. This was a great choice on a budget. With the price match it was even cheaper! Very happy...

My second Asus, and it's performing perfectly. I wish I'd bought it instead of wasting a week on a Dell Inspiron that turned out not to work properly. So far there are no issues.

The laptop has more features than I need right now. So far, I am happy with this product. The Geek Squad was very helpful in setting my computer up and answering questions.

Beautiful looking, lots of features but I guess I got a bad apple. Starting initial setup but reverted back to one of the setup screens several times, then went to a blue screen. Easy return process to Best Buy.

At first glance this is a beautiful laptop and it had the basic specs I needed. I took a small hit going for 12gb of ram, I thought it would be ok since my current computer is 7 years old and only has 4gb. I figured it would be faster no matter what.. boy was I wrong. This laptop was super slow and froze twice within the first hour of using it and setting it up. I returned it the following day. Also, FYI, it is an absolute fingerprint magnet.

This product is amazing. I love how this can be a laptop or a tablet. Love the touchscreen feature. This product has so much memory. Totally worth it.
