This is the third time we purchased an Asus computer. They are very reliable.

it has been a bit frustrating to get it set up. It doesn't always work as easiely as i was hoping.

I got this for my fiancé to replace her older laptop. The only one they had, despite inventory showing new ones, was an open box return. The salesperson, who was very nice and helpful, indicated it was returned because the previous customer opened it and just didn't like it. The store had it listed at $759, $999 with $250 off for open box, despite the fact that online was showing it (and yes it was the same model/specs/etc) for $850 new and $620 open box. After a brief discussion they gave me another 5% off (down to $715ish) but still not the advertised $620. Initial setup was fine, but a bit sluggish, but when we tried to start it up the following day it spun on the boot screen for hours and then proceeded into an 18 hour "scan and repair" phase. We had installed no software no made any changes beyond answering the initial windows 10 setup questions. We are returning it immediately. This is my first purchase at Best Buy with which I have been entirely dissatisfied.

I like the computer but the extra that came with didn't work. It had like a extra speaker.

bought an open box computer. Seemed ok for the first week then it started acting very slow. Brought in once already to check out. Then it would keep spinning and never pull up programs. Needed to turn off and on again.. Tried returning again to store and they said it was 2 days past the 14 days so only would give store credit.. Very disappointed.

I've only used it for older games, but I'm happy with the purchase.
