Have had this computer less than 6 months. It's never suffered any physical damage of any kind. All of a sudden it freezes and then loads into a BIOS utility. I bought this computer for College and now I have to find another way to do my assignments and essays.

I got this for my husband and he absolutely love it!

I bought this laptop for my freshman year of college. Windows software it came with was corrupted, I had to take it to my schools IT and they reinstalled windows, it is still Buggy, but now I can't return it since it is past the 15 day limit. Really frustrating paying a grand for a laptop that can't even run excel.

It has everything that a new college student needs.

I'm sorry, but this laptop has given me nothing but headaches since I got it back in 2017. I knew something was up when it was kept having 100% Disk since day one, but I figured I'd let the updates and everything run it's course assuming that's what is causing it. Now there's rarely a day I don't have a "locked up for hours" computer because anytime there's an update or it just feels like it, it's at 100% Disk and really unusable. If there was anything I could do to either get this replaced that'd be amazing. I'm really sorry guys, but I honestly think that the one I got is defective.

I returned this laptop after have way too many issues with Websites not loading. Not only with Microsoft Edge but also chrome. Some sites would load some would sit there and do nothing for 20 minutes before timing out. Some days a restart helped others it didn't matter. After three weeks of this and other issues like Microsoft 365 sometimes working and other not and never being able to connect to my iTunes account I returned it for a Levono Yoga and have gotten more done in three days than in the previous three weeks. I am assuming mine is just a dud and they aren't all like this or Asus wouldn't be making computers

ASUS - 2-in-1 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop. Called Customer support regarding a keyboard issue - a few keys stopped working. Computer is only 18 months old, Asus is only willing to offer 20% off the cost of repair but can not offer an estimate for repair until I pay a $60 diagnostic fee . I realize the unit is out of warranty but this type of support is not good business. Best buy was able to quote a repair estimate of $300. The computer cost $775 before tax. I will take all future business elsewhere. Not a happy customer.

My son bought this for college and now 2 years later he can't even write a paper because 4 keys will not work. Of course after the warranty was over too.
