had to buy a new laptop since the hard drive on my much beloved Sony Vaio crashed and burned!! So as Lap tops go this is not bad. Have never used this brand before so I'm still getting used to the new Windows-10 and the new Assus formats.

Used to have Sony Vaio and this laptop outperforms it at every level for a fraction of the price. Can run games for hours without overheating. Aluminum case = solid construction. Great product!!

The only downside to this is that it comes with windows 10, which seems to bog everything down. Other than that, awesome machine, and ergonomically friendly as laptops go. I've owned A LOT of laptops, and this one feels well put together & laid out.

This was a great buy for the price. I bought it for my daughter for college and she loves it. She uses for assignments, as a tablet and sets it up to watch television on it. Has a great view.

The computer works well, and I overall like its handling for gaming as well as downloading. However I am underwhelmed by how weak the sound is on the computer itself and the fact that the bass woofer that comes with it didn't work.

This computer works great, and works well with everything I've needed it for so far. My only complaint is that it wasn't able to read movies that I was trying to watch, and I had to download a disk reader to the computer. Otherwise it work great.

This is a excellent laptop with long battery life. It's a little heavier than others but I'm very happy with the purchase. I bought it for my daughter while on sale and combined it with the college student discount so I got it at a great price.

Good computer and fast. However, for what I need with work it didn't fit. The RAM is not upgradeable there is only one slot for memory. With my job and the amount of huge data I work with I needed something that I could expand.

I bought this to use at trade shows to access inventory records, but it has turned out to be perfect for my other travel computer needs, so I only need to bring one computer on trips now

We went into best buy knowing we needed a laptop for our business but not sure which brand. We had a knowledgeable sales person assist us and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. The laptop/tablet is very functional and easy to use.

This is an easy to use machine - comfortable, easy to read keys and light. Would buy it again and did buy a similar model 3 years ago and it finally died. This is the replacement.

Really decent laptop! Got it for regular/heavy use as well as to code with it. The transition between laptop and tablet mode is pretty seamless, you only need to confirm it on a popup from the desktop. Large enough keyboard but still comfortable with a disable-able touch pad for mouse users like myself. Speaker that it came with is pretty nifty but I really didn't use it. Had decent specs, however I still would've liked an SSD or a hybrid instead of a standard mechanical HDD inside of it. However, my unit failed to boot up to the log in screen a month after use and had to send it in to ASUS for repair.

This is a very well made machine. Solid and fast. Responsive touch screen, backlit keyboard. Lots of features.

This is a very durable computer which is what I needed at the moment. I am still new at the OS and unfortunately because this is a personal laptop don't have a lot of time to spend on it, but great purchase so far.

The internet connection is fast. I really enjoy using windows ten. It is easy to use and understand, especially for a novice like myself.

have not had a chance to really use this laptop yet. thought my old one had died, but it seems to keep working. I will get more familiar with new laptop in near future when I have some time to sit and use it.

its an amazing laptop, does what I need it for. my only issue is that I keep having weird issues with the wifi connection where at times it would disconnect completely or drop on signal. other than that its a great laptop.

A good laptop and the flip option for the screen works much better than I expected. Overall the computer works well and I have not had a single issue with it. My use is mainly office using QuickBooks, Outlook, and Excel.

I am really enjoying the new windows 10 with my new computer. I bought this computer for video editing and it does everything I ask of a computer. It has an Awesome video card and is really fast with the i7 processor.

This was a replacement for a replacement laptop (the previous laptop was NOT an Asus. The laptop we bought for my wife previously turned into a brick after only a month. So far so good with the Asus.
