    It's nice, however I'm very frustrated that my back light won't work on the keyboard. It was an open box item and I'm really upset about that fact. Otherwise the store was great and the rep was amazing. Laptop is phenomenal though, great for average user

    A few problems we have yet to figure out. Word size is extremely small and while trying to read emails, the format changes and makes it impossible to read. I'm sure there's a way to correct both of these issues but haven't found it yet

    My systems have always been a SONY, this is my first ASUS. With Asus you know your getting a solid motherboard. The performance isn't what I expected but still get's the job done. Especially for the price I paid!

    I bought this laptop as a desktop replacement and for use for online college classes. Even as an open box it was great! It works wonderfully and is very fast.

    At first this product worked well enough that I gave it a good review 2 years ago, but will now need to purchase a new labtop because of how slow and mistaken prone this product has become. It constantly moved my cursor around while I was typing or deleted entire pages I can written due to this bud. Also this computer boots up and runs as slow as the Sony labtop which I purchased 9 years ago and gave to my dad. I went for this since it was cheaper but learned my lesson to get brands that work for me

    Bought this for game development and the onboard audio is a complete mess. The sound caused lag in both games I bought on Steam and my own game in development. The price and specs were very attractive but in the end I went with a Surface Pro 3 and am much happier.
