Great starter 2 in 1 camera is great keyboard is great the touchpad is a little wonky

The Asus laptop was bought with the intention of personal use such as schooling, gaming, and streaming movies. This Asus is slim, and also allows the laptop to be folded inside out, building a large tablet. When the Asus is used as a tablet, it also has a touch screen feature. The keyboard comes with a number pad attached to the side. The Asus includes a DVD/CD player, allowing you to either play or burn disks. The volume can be adjusted to the left side along with the Windows key button. There is a HDMI and three USB ports. Positives: Upon purchase, Windows 10 has been pre-installed. The package also includes an external speaker, and you can choose to buy an antivirus and warranty for an additional cost. Another feature the Asus 2-in-1 has is the backlit keyboard, allowing easier typing in dark area. The graphic card built in is dedicated for high quality images for games and videos. Negatives: The major disadvantage when considering this laptop was the total price. Another factor to consider is the battery life of the Asus. When the laptop is completely charged, the battery life is misleading on screen. As the Asus get used more, it starts to collect dust on screen and the keyboard, and involves cleaning. Luckily, a small cleaning cloth is included. When having multiple programs running at the same time, there is a delay when the program runs. The quality of the graphics when I am either streaming movies or playing games is fantastic. The backlit keyboard is a plus when I am doing any typing at night when my roommate is sleeping. Even though making the purchase made me cry, I made a great investment in purchasing a warranty for the future. Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchased I made.

Best buy customer service just plain sucks. Right channel speaker stopped working 1 day after the 15 day return policy and they would not take it back. Now i have drop off the computer and they have to send it out. Horrible service, manager refused to help, couldn't be bothered. No more best buy for me.

Ive been using this as my personal laptop for several years now and It works well, Ive had to do one refresh on it but thats it

purchased the Asus and as soon as I got it home, the computer would freeze up and become overloaded. with several trips to the store I exchanged it and decided it was not my time and effort so I headed home got my receipt and was able to get a full refund. I have better ways of spending my hard earned money by finding another device that won't bankrupt my emotions by being frustrated all the time.

Lots of power, speed and memory for the price. The 2 in 1 doesn't get much use. Too bulky for a tablet.

Was looking for a laptop that was reasonably priced and had graphics.

Sleek design, backlit keys, fast speeds. So far, so good.

The one I got had a couple of software and mechanical issues. The all in one is a good idea but it is just to awkward to use as a tablet. It also did not have anything to protect the keyboard when using as a tablet or whe screen is up and keyboard is down.

Upon original purchase, the keyboard back light never worked. During the last eighteen months the screen image would be "scattered" upon boot up. Also, for the past eighteen months, the computer would drop the wi-fi connection and be unable to find the in house wi fi network. Sometimes, after rebooting it would connect to the network but after 30 minutes, again drop the connection. very unreliable. Three times I took this to the Geek squad and they could not resolve this problem.

Due to my schedule it took me a bit to try the laptop and when I did went to Bios or something like that screen and not windows. Best Buy had little to no customer service in regards to this.

this computer runs sooo slowly and is not equipped with anything! It has a built in CD/DVD player but no SW to run DVDs. It's ridiculous. Wish I would have kept my Mac.

This full system laptop. I enjoy the CD drive as versus the newer system. I'm learning new things everyday. The graphic are good. The speed is very good.

The touchscreen stopped after a year but otherwise it works fine
