Decent computer for the money - works like a champ.

This computer had everything when we purchased it. Back lit keyboard, Blueray DVD, large screen size and it was relatively fast. But I had to reset it multiple times due to errors (blue screen) because of driver issues and who knows what else. Every time it came back and worked great but it just got a little annoying. Lately, with some updates it has been more reliable, but still, with lighter and faster computers now available, it's time to upgrade. Asus makes superior products, however, this one did not live up to what I expected.

I was looking for a laptop that could replace my tablet and my 4-year-old laptop. This is perfect for me. I had an HP Stream for traveling, but the screen was too small for the work I do. I rarely use my Google tablet. This has the big screen and the convenience of both. It seems sturdy and I like the backlit keys.

This computer has everything I need. It works fast, has a CD/DVD drive, full lighted keyboard with a number pad, and it is fully functional as a tablet. The only thing I can complain about is that the speakers do not work as well as I had wanted.

I love this Computer. It offers everything I need for my Major in College! I look at all the reviews and watched the demos this computer so far has offered everything. I am so happy that Best Buy offers a team that help guide me to the right computer. I love that they offer student discounts for college students!

The only thing I do not care for is the keyboard, The lighted keyboard is a great feature but WHY WOULD you put white letters and numbers on a silver keyboard. I would suggest Black letters that would show up much better when lit up!!

I love my new laptop and all the new cool things I have discovered about it. I talked to the sales guy for a while before making my choice, I wanted something that wasn't going into the shop every 5 days, I own a business and need my laptop to help me run my biz. This is perfect for me. :)

I bought it for quite awhile now but haven't use it much but so far it is great. However, if you're going to buy this laptop, please be careful with the speaker that comes with it, it is very fragile, especially the plug

I have had this PC for three weeks now. So far the computer has performed flawlessly. The only downside was the learning curve that is Windows 8.1. However I have converted the OS to WIndows 10. With this new OS this computer is one of the best I have ever had. Great job ASUS!

Thus is a computer with all the bells and whistles. Has exactly what is needed for daily life and even room to boost ram, which The Geek Squad can help. This comouter is easy to use when needing to use it as a tablet, watch videos, play games, and organize files used for work.

Works great. Does everything I want and need it to and runs windows 10 very smoothly. Screen quality is very nice as well as speakers. Love the fact that it can fold and be used like a tablet or a movie stand type of deal. All around great laptop with plenty of uses.

I don't have a good WiFi signal at home. Things take along time to load or doesn't load at all, not the computers fault. I like my ASUS computer. As long as I dont need Internet it runs fast. It's easy to use and figure out. I loved the free upgrade to Windows 10.

After an accident with previous 6 year old laptop found this laptop at best buy. After comparing it to others was very happy to purchase it. Very user friendly. Just need to get used to using these tiles.

The keyboard takes a little getting use to. I wish that I had bought the 17" screen. Windows 8 is a new experience. Just like the 1st time with 7, it grows on one quickly. I love all the memory and the upgrades from my old laptop. Overall, it's a keeper~

We bought this for our daughter as she starts college. So far she has used it for itunes and movies but it works great and she likes the flexibility that it is a tablet. She is looking forward to taking it to class and taking notes with the stylus.

This computer is extremely versatile, as a laptop or tablet, with touchscreen "and" dvd player built in. Most new computers don't have that. And it has lots of graphics power & really good display. I also like the flip hinge that lets it stand up.

I bought my laptop from best buy, and I really like the laptop. I researched it and I liked what I found. The people at Best Buy were very friendly and helpful. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I would recommend Best Buy to my friends.

I love this laptop, has exceeded my expectations. The only complaint I have is the silver keys on the keyboard are extremely difficult to read and make the back lighting of little value
